    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;L'apartat 9.3. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 10 de setembre de 2015 per la qual es convoquen, subvencions per a la creació d'empreses de joves agricultors, corresponents als anys 2015-2019, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 &amp;nbsp;d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA, en data 7&amp;nbsp;de febrer&amp;nbsp;de 2022, va signar la següent resolució, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En data de 15 de setembre de 2015 es va publicar, en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 136 la Resolució&amp;nbsp;del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es convoquen, per als anys 2015 a 2019, subvencions per a la creació d'empreses de joves agricultors modificada mitjançant les resolucions de 26 d'abril de 2016, 26 de juny de 2018 i 2 de març de 2020.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han duit a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Amb data 20 de desembre de 2021 es va comunicar les deficiències detectades en la revisió de l'expedient indicat a l'annex d'aquesta resolució.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El&amp;nbsp;interessat va presentar electrònicament un registre per esmenar les deficiències comunicades el 20 de desembre de 2021 a la pàgina web del Fogaiba. Però aquesta documentació no va arribar al gestor de la línia, i passats els deus dies es va resoldre desistint aquest expedient.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6. El 3 de febrer de 2022 es va publicar al BOIB núm. 18 la resolució de desistiment CEJA 2021_R1 a la que hi figura l'expedient CEJA 2021/029 a nom de Bartolomé Muntaner Riutort, amb NIF ***2480**.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
