    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000009"&gt;D'acord amb l'edicte publicat al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) núm. 163, de 25 de novembre de 2021, amb relació a l'acord adoptat pel Ple de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera, en sessió ordinària de 18 de novembre de 2021, mitjançant el qual es va aprovar inicialment la designació dels membres del Ple del Consell Escolar Municipal de Son Servera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000009"&gt;De conformitat amb el que preveuen els articles 22.2.d) i 70.2 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local, i havent transcorregut el termini d'exposició al públic sense que s'hagin presentat cap al·legació ni reclamació amb relació a la designació dels membres del Ple del Consell Escolar Municipal de Son Servera, per la qual cosa queda aprovat definitivament, i es transcriu a continuació el text íntegre de l'acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Designar els membres que han de constituir el Ple del Consell Escolar Municipal de Son Servera que tot seguit es transcriu: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“a. Presidenta: Natalia Troya Isern, Batlessa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Vicepresidenta: Maria Teodora Moreno Gómez, regidora d'Educació, Igualtat i LGTBI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el present acord al tauler d'edictes d'aquesta corporació i en el BOIB, perquè en un termini de trenta dies, els veïns i les persones legítimament interessades puguin examinar l'expedient i formular reclamacions, objeccions o observacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.&lt;/strong&gt; Concedir audiència prèvia a les associacions veïnals i de defensa de les persones consumidores i usuàries establertes en l'àmbit territorial del municipi de Son Servera que estiguin inscrites en el registre municipal d'associacions veïnals i les finalitats de les quals guardin relació directa amb l'objecte de la disposició, per un termini de deu dies a comptar a partir de l'endemà de la notificació del present acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.&lt;/strong&gt; En cas de presentar-se reclamacions, objeccions o observacions les resoldrà el Ple. S'entendrà aprovat definitivament en el cas que no s'hagin produït al·legacions.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
