CAIB 40 75994 CAIB CAIB 5384 ![CDATA[Aprovació defintiva Pressupost General de l'Ajuntament per a l'exercici de 2022]] 657873 text/html 5385 ca ca 2022-02-15 2022-02-15 2022-02-14 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Finalitzat el període d'exposició pública i atès que no s'han presentat reclamacions contra l'acord de ple adoptat el 23 de desembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 178, de 28 de desembre de 2021), d'aprovació inicial del Pressupost General per a l'exercici 2022 i de la plantilla que comprèn tots els llocs de treball reservats als funcionaris, personal laboral i eventual, aquest es considera aprovat definitivament.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">De conformitat amb l'article 112.3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local, i de l'article 169.3 del RDL 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei d'hisendes locals, es publica resumit per capítols.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">D'acord amb el que disposa l'article 171 del RDL 2/2004, contra l'aprovació definitiva del pressupost es pot interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, de la manera i dins els terminis que estableixen les normes de la dita jurisdicció.
