    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acord del Consell de Govern de 7 de febrer de 2022, pel qual es modifica l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 31 de gener de 2022, pel qual s'aprova definitivament el Projecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Amb la finalitat de redactar les actes prèvies a l'ocupació de les finques afectades per l'expropiació forçosa urgent motivada per les obres esmentades en els termes municipals de Santa Maria del Camí i de Consell, de conformitat amb l'article 52 de la Llei de 16 de desembre de 1954, sobre expropiació forçosa, els propietaris que s'indiquen en la relació adjunta s'han de presentar a les oficines de l'ajuntament respectiu el dia i l'hora indicats, per facilitar les dades necessàries que han de constar en les actes esmentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Han d'aportar el document nacional d'identitat; en cas que el propietari o propietària de la finca no es pugui presentar, podrà fer-ho una altra persona que el representi mitjançant un poder notarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A l'efecte d'acreditar la titularitat de la finca, han d'aportar preferiblement l'escriptura de la propietat, la nota simple informativa del Registre de la Propietat, o, en el seu lloc, qualsevol altre document acreditatiu de la titularitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
