    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Mitjançant l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 31 de gener de 2022, es va aprovar definitivament el Projecte d'execució d'instal·lació d'un parc solar fotovoltaic per a autoconsum de les instal·lacions de tracció de Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca, es declarà l'ocupació urgent dels terrenys afectats per l'expropiació i s'autoritzà la despesa, que es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 17, d'1 de febrer de 2022, sense la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;relació de propietaris i béns afectats,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e conformitat amb el que disposa l'article 52 de la Llei de 16 de desembre de 1954, sobre expropiació forçosa;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;és per això que es fa necessari &lt;/span&gt;afegir un punt setè a l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 31 de gener de 2022 que determini l'aprovació de la relació de propietaris i béns afectats que ha de constituir l'annex de l'Acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Per tot això, el Consell de Govern, a proposta del conseller de Mobilitat i Habitatge, en la sessió de 7 de febrer de 2022, adoptà, entre d'altres, l'Acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprovar la incorporació d'un punt setè a l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 31 de gener de 2022 pel qual s'aprova definitivament el Projecte d'execució d'instal·lació d'un parc solar fotovoltaic per a autoconsum de les instal·lacions de tracció de Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca, es declara l'ocupació urgent dels terrenys afectats per l'expropiació i s'autoritza la despesa, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e conformitat amb el que disposa l'article 52 de la Llei de 16 de desembre de 1954, sobre expropiació forçosa, &lt;/span&gt;en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setè. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar la relació de propietaris i béns afectats que constitueix l'annex d'aquest Acord.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar aquest Acord en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
