    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Extracte de l'acord de la Junta de Govern Local de l'Ajuntament de Capdepera, d'1/02/2022, pel qual s'estableixen les Bases&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;de la convocatòria de subvencions a la normalització lingüística a les empreses municipals 2022 en règim de concurrència competitiva (Exp. 171/2022)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Conforme disposen els articles 17.3b i 20.8a de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, es publica l'extracte de la convocatòria, el text complet de la qual es pot consultar a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (608594).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;També s'exposa al tauler d'edictes de l'Ajuntament de Capdepera, al portal web municipal &amp;lt;&lt;em&gt;www.ajcapdepera.net&amp;gt;&lt;/em&gt; i en altres espais de difusió de l'activitat municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primera&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Objecte i finalitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Capdepera convoca aquests ajuts per a la normalització a les empreses municipals, amb la següent finalitat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Garantir i estendre la presència de la llengua catalana en l'àmbit socioeconòmic d'aquest municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Treballar en temes de qualitat i diversitat lingüística com a sinònims de qualitat empresarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Fer difusió d'aquelles empreses que fomentin la normalització lingüística a la seva empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per aquest motiu, l&lt;/span&gt;'objecte d'aquestes bases és regular la Convocatòria&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; de subvencions de les sol·licituds per a activitats realitzades durant l'any 2022, per als conceptes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Rètols comercials i de vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Edició o renovació de cartes de restaurants i bars incloent-hi el català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Documents publicitaris o administratius que incloguin el català (targetes, fullets, paper d'embolicar, bosses, calendaris, factures i pressupostos, catàlegs,...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Versió en català en pàgines web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segona&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En poden ser beneficiàries les empreses, amb personalitat física o jurídica, ubicades al terme municipal de Capdepera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercera&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Règim jurídic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els ajuts objecte d'aquesta convocatòria es regeixen pel que disposen les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En tot allò que no hi estigui previst és d'aplicació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Articles 24 i 27 del Reglament municipal de normalització lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Article 4 de la &lt;/span&gt;Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, de reforma de l'Estatut d'Autonomia de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Llei 3/1986, de normalització lingüística a les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Reglament general de subvencions 887/2006, de 21 de juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- Ordenança general reguladora de la concessió de subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Capdepera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quarta&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Dotació pressupostària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Durant l'exercici pressupostari de 2022 l'Ajuntament de Capdepera destina la quantitat de &lt;strong&gt;800€&lt;/strong&gt;, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 330/480001, de subvencions per a la normalització lingüística a les empreses municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cinquena&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Línies d'ajut i import&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'import de cada ajut es fixa segons els criteris objectius següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;Rètols comercials i de vehicles&lt;/strong&gt;: S'entén per rètol comercial aquell que assenyali la identitat d'una empresa i/o en doni informació. Ha de ser traduïble al català i no s'atorgaran subvencions per a rètols que utilitzin onomatopeies, paraules no traduïbles o que tenguin la mateixa grafia en català que en una altra llengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Versió exclusivament en català&lt;/strong&gt;: un 50% sobre el cost generat, &lt;strong&gt;màxim 350 €&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Versió en català juntament amb altres llengües&lt;/strong&gt;: proporcional a l'ús que se'n faci respecte del conjunt de llengües del rètol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Edició o renovació de cartes de restaurants i bars Incloent-hi el català&lt;/strong&gt;: un 50% sobre el cost generat, &lt;strong&gt;màxim 400 €.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Documents publicitaris o administratius que incloguin el català (targetes, fullets, calendaris, factures i pressupostos, catàlegs,...): &lt;/strong&gt;50% sobre el cost generat, &lt;strong&gt;màxim 250 €.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;Versió en català a webs: &lt;/strong&gt;Un 30% del cost sobre la pàgina, amb un &lt;strong&gt;sostre de 300€.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La quantia de la subvenció no pot ser superior, aïlladament o en concurrència, amb altres ajuts o subvencions de qualsevol procedència, al cost de l'activitat subvencionable. &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sisena&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Documentació que s'ha de presentar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones físiques i jurídiques interessades que compleixin els requisits que determinen aquestes bases o estiguin en condicions de complir-los en el termini de presentació de sol·licituds han de presentar la documentació següent. Els annexos es poden descarregar des de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;www.ajcapdepera.net &amp;gt; Servei d'Assessorament Lingüístic &amp;gt; Subvenció normalització a les empreses 2022 (documentació)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En la fase de presentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Sol·licitud genèrica. Cal presentar-ne una per a cada línia subvencionable (ANNEX 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2. Fotocòpia del CIF o NIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3. Declaració responsable del compliment dels requisits establerts en aquestes bases reguladores, tot indicant que es compleixen (ANNEX 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4. Declaració responsable de no estar incurs en cap de les prohibicions per obtenir la &amp;nbsp; condició de beneficiari assenyalades en els apartats 2 i 3 de l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions (ANNEX 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;5. Declaració responsable amb indicació dels criteris de valoració. No es valoraran els mèrits que no es presentin a la fase de justificació (ANNEX 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;6. Declaració responsable del representant de la persona jurídica beneficiària en la qual manifesten els imports dels ajuts econòmics sol·licitats per a la mateixa finalitat tant a les institucions públiques com privades (ANNEX 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;7. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Declaració expressa d'altres subvencions sol·licitades o obtingudes pel mateix concepte (ANNEX 3)&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;8. Certificat d'estar al corrent de les obligacions econòmiques amb l'Agència Estatal d'Administració Tributària (AEAT). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;9. Certificat d'estar al corrent amb la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;10. Una mostra relativa a l'activitat subvencionada (o fotografia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;11. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sol·licitud de transferència bancària per a pagaments de tresoreria&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;(ANNEX 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ja en la &lt;em&gt;fase de justificació&lt;/em&gt;, una vegada comunicada la concessió de la subvenció, i abans de &lt;/span&gt;dia &lt;strong&gt;11 de novembre de 2022&lt;/strong&gt;, cal aportar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;Document-conveni justificatiu de la subvenció&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt; (ANNEX 5).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Factures originals, expedides a nom de les persones o les entitats subvencionades, amb el seu CIF o NIF, que expressin clarament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Data d'emissió, que ha de correspondre al període d'activitats subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Nom complet de la persona o entitat expedidora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Número de factura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Les factures superiors a 1.000€ han d'estar abonades amb transferència bancària i han d'estar degudament justificades (segell, justificant bancari, etc).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Concepte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Import, amb l'IVA desglossat (si escau).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les factures s'han d'ajustar al pressupost presentat i es permetrà només una diferència del 10% entre ambdues quantitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Setena&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​Termini i lloc de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les sol·licituds de subvencions d'aquesta convocatòria es poden presentar a partir de l'endemà d'haver-se'n publicat aquest extracte al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; i fins &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;dia 30 de juny de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El tràmit de presentació de sol·licitud, annexos i documentació justificativa relacionats a l'apartat 8 es poden fer en qualsevol de les formes següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de forma &lt;strong&gt;telemàtica &lt;/strong&gt;(conforme a l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques): des de la seu electrònica munic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;ipal &amp;lt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;https://ajcapdepera.sedelectronica.es&amp;gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;anau a&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;l'a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;partat&lt;strong&gt; «Tràmit telemàtic»&lt;/strong&gt; i seleccionau un model de &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;sol·licitud genèrica. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Adjuntau-hi &lt;strong&gt;la documentació exigida&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;i els annexos següents (conceptes, annex 2, annex 3 i annex 5)&lt;em&gt;. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Una vegada finalitzat el tràmit el mateix assistent telemàtic us expedirà un resguard de tramesa de sol·licitud.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
