text/html 33632 CAIB 2022-01-25 CAIB CAIB ca 3036 3043 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El regidor de l'Àrea d'Hisenda, Innovació i Funció Pública per decret núm. 206 de data 13 de&nbsp; gener de 2022,&nbsp; ha resolt el següent:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Aprovar la llista provisional de persones admeses per prendre part al concurs oposició pel torn lliure per cobrir places de PROFESSOR/A MÚSIC vacants a la plantilla de funcionaris/àries d'aquest Ajuntament pertanyents a l'Escala l'Administració Especial, Subescala tècnica superior, especialitat, grup A, subgrup A1, dotades pressupostàriament i corresponents a la taxa addicional d'estabilització de la feina temporal de l'oferta d'ocupació pública de l'any 2018 (BOIB núm. 161 de 25 de desembre de 2018)&nbsp; i de l'oferta d'ocupació pública de l'any 2019 (BOIB núm. 171, de 21 de desembre de 2019) en els termes establerts a l'Annex 1 que s'adjunta al present decret.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Aprovar la llista provisional de persones excloses per prendre part a al concurs oposició pel torn lliure per cobrir places de PROFESSOR/A MÚSIC vacants a la plantilla de funcionaris/àries d'aquest Ajuntament pertanyents a l'Escala l'Administració Especial, Subescala tècnica superior, especialitat, grup A, subgrup A1, dotades pressupostàriament i corresponents a la taxa addicional d'estabilització de la feina temporal de l'oferta d'ocupació pública de l'any 2018 (BOIB núm. 161 de 25 de desembre de 2018)&nbsp; i de l'oferta d'ocupació pública de l'any 2019 (BOIB núm. 171, de 21 de desembre de 2019), en els termes establerts a l'Annex 2 que s'adjunta al present decret.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per esmenar el possible defecte o presentar els documents que siguin preceptius, les persones excloses o omeses disposen d'un termini de 10 dies hàbils, comptats des de la publicació de la relació de persones excloses al BOIB. Si no es presenten esmenes a la llista, aquesta esdevé definitiva.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.- Publicar a la pàgina web www.palma.cat.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la convocatòria i les presents bases, que exhaureixen la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que les hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.
