![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">En compliment del disposat al Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals, es publica al BOIB el següent Decret, firmat en data 14 de gener de 2022, pel Tinent de batle de transparència, innovació i Serveis Econòmics:</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>“DECRET PEL QUAL ES REGULEN LES CARACTERÍSTIQUES ESPECÍFIQUES DE PRESTACIÓ DEL SERVEI DE RECOLLIDA DE RESIDUS MUNICIPALS I NETEJA D'ESPAIS PÚBLICS</strong></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>ANY 2022</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">L'Ordenança municipal de recollida de residus municipals i neteja d'espais públics va ser aprovada pel Ple de l'Ajuntament en sessió de data 27 de març de 2014. Aquest text ha estat publicat en el BOIB núm. 55/2014, de 22 d'abril. En aquesta ordenança, en l'article 1.4.h, s'especifica que l'Ajuntament ha de publicar, mitjançant ban o resolució de Batllia, les programacions, freqüències i altres regulacions necessàries per prestar correctament el servei. A més, segons especifica l'article 15.2, s'ha de publicar i mantenir actualitzada la llista de generadors singulars qualificats.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Amb la finalitat de detallar les característiques específiques de prestació de serveis als generadors de residus adscrits al sistema públic de recollida, concretar les dates de modificació en cada període de l'any, definir les característiques específiques de les recollides especials i els generadors concrets que són considerats com a generadors singulars qualificats i no qualificats, com també definir amb exactitud quins són els carrers del municipi que conformen les «zones P», i on estan situats els punts de presentació d'aquestes zones, segons els annexos adjunts, dict la següent:</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>RESOLUCIÓ</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">1. HORARI DE PRESTACIÓ DE SERVEIS</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Els serveis de recollida de residus municipals i de neteja d'espais públics poden prestar-se de dilluns a diumenge, excepte el dia 25 de desembre i els dies 1 i 6 de gener. El servei es presta en els torns següents:</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Torn de matí: entre les 6 h i les 13 h</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Torn d'horabaixa: entre les 14 h i les 21 h</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">En moments puntuals, a causa de la celebració d' esdeveniments a la via pública que provoquin el tall de la circulació per la via pública o similars, els serveis es podran prestar fora dels horaris establerts per adaptar-se a les condicions particulars especials.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">La Deixalleria (Punt Net) està oberta de dilluns a diumenge, excepte els dies 24, 25 i 31 de desembre, i 1 i 6 de gener, en horari des de les 8 fins a les 15 h (última entrada admesa a les 14.45 h).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">2. PROGRAMACIÓ DE PRESTACIÓ DE SERVEIS</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Les freqüències aplicables als serveis varien en funció de l'època de l'any. Per al 2022 es defineixen els trams següents:</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. CLASSIFICACIÓ DELS USUARIS DEL SERVEI</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.1. Usuaris generals del servei</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Tots els residents emplaçats en sòl urbà que aporten els seus residus en els contenidors situats en via pública. També s'hi inclouen els establiments comercials emplaçats en sòl urbà que, tot i que puguin disposar de contenidors propis per a alguna de les fraccions, utilitzen aquests contenidors en via pública per al dipòsit dels seus residus.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.2. Usuaris generals amb orgànic del servei</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Usuaris generals del servei segons el descrit en el punt anterior però que, a més, fan la separació habitualment de la fracció orgànica i la dipositen tant en contenidors específics en la via pública com mitjançant contenidors propis a l'interior dels seus recintes.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.3. Usuaris qualificats del servei amb cinc fraccions</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Tots els residents, així com establiments comercials situats en sòl urbà o no, que fan la separació dels seus residus en les cinc fraccions (orgànic, envasos, paper-cartó, vidre i rebuig) mitjançant contenidors propis a l'interior dels seus recintes privats o cambres d'escombraries. Aquests usuaris no poden fer ús dels contenidors de via pública, a excepció dels usuaris amb sistema de recollida «porta a porta» que, tot i ser considerats com a qualificats amb cinc fraccions, sí poden fer ús dels contenidors públics de vidre instal·lats en els seus nuclis.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El llistat dels Grans Generadors Qualificats amb cinc fraccions es troba recollit en l'Annex II del present document.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.4. Usuaris amb ús d'Àrees d'Aportació</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">Tots els residents o establiments comercials que no tenen servei de recollida i que han de dipositar els seus residus a les Àrees d' Aportació de Residus Rústics disponibles al municipi</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.5. Usuaris emplaçats a zones P</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">Tots els residents o comerços emplaçats als carrers que formen les zones P del municipi segons detallat a l' annex I d' aquest document. Aquests usuaris disposen dels seus propis contenidors, que han de ser la via pública per a la seva retirada en les condicions definides en aquest document. Han de realitzar, com a mínim, la separació en origen de les fraccions rebuig, paper-cartró i vidre.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. CARACTERÍSTIQUES ESPECÍFIQUES DE RECOLLIDA PER TIPUS DE GENERADOR</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1. Usuaris generals del servei</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.1. Usuaris generals amb dipòsit a contenidors en via pública</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.1.1. Fracció rebuig</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Horari per dipositar els residus en el contenidor: de 19 h a 6 h</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.1.2. Fracció paper-cartó i envasos</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Horari per dipositar els residus en el contenidor sense restricció.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.1.3. Fracció vidre</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Horari per dipositar els residus en el contenidor: de 8 h a 22 h</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.1.4. Resta de residus domiciliaris per als quals no s'ha definit recollida específica</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida mitjançant dipòsit a la Deixalleria.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.2. Negocis del polígon de Son Bugadelles</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.2.1. Fracció rebuig</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en contenidors propis negres o grisos de 240 o 1.100 litres, homologats segons la norma UNE EN 840 i amb sistema de recollida DIN estàndard.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida de dilluns a divendres en torn de matí a la porta del negoci o local.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Els contenidors s'han de treure no abans del tancament del negoci el dia anterior al de la recollida i retirar-se de la via pública abans de les 13 h.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.2.2. Fracció paper-cartó</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en contenidors propis blaus de 240 o 1.100 litres, homologats segons la norma UNE EN 840 i amb sistema de recollida DIN estàndard. </span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Els contenidors hauran de romandre a l'interior dels establiments i treure's els dies establerts de recollida, en torn d'horabaixa.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.2.3. Fracció envasos</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en contenidors a la via pública. </span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Horari per dipositar els residus sense restricció.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.2.4. Fracció vidre</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en contenidors a la via pública. </span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Horari per dipositar els residus al contenidor: de 8 h a 22 h.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.2.5. Els contenidors privats han d'estar correctament identificats, especificant el carrer i el número de l'establiment al qual pertanyen. S'hi han de retolar el nom comercial i el tipus de fracció de recollida del contenidor. Aquesta informació ha d'estar visible en els contenidors mitjançant uns adhesius normalitzats, amb número de referència únic i proporcionats pels serveis municipals.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.3. Ports situats en el terme de Calvià</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.3.1. Fracció rebuig</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en contenidors propis verds de 1.100 litres, homologats segons la norma UNE EN 840 i amb sistema de recollida DIN estàndard. Han d'estar situats a l'interior del port en una zona completament accessible als serveis de recollida, en torn de matí.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida diària durant tot l'any.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.3.2. Recollida de la fracció vidre</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida una vegada per setmana en PERÍODE C en torn d'horabaixa. </span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida adaptada a la generació de cada port la resta de l'any en torn d'horabaixa.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Presentació en contenidors propis verds tipus iglú de 2.500 o 3.000 litres de capacitat nominal, amb sistema de descàrrega vertical mitjançant doble ganxo. Han d'estar situats a l'interior del port en una zona completament accessible als serveis de recollida, en torn de tarda.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.3.3. Recollida de la fracció paper-cartó i envasos</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida adaptada a la generació de cada port en cada període de l'any turístic en torn de matí o horabaixa.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Presentació en contenidors propis blaus de 3.200 litres de capacitat nominal, amb sistema de càrrega lateral i homologats segons la norma UNE EN 12574. Han d'estar situats a l'interior del port en una zona completament accessible als serveis de recollida, en torn de matí o tarda.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.4. Grans generadors generals</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En el cas que algun usuari del sistema general de residus generi grans quantitats d'alguna fracció, no assimilables a quantitats domèstiques, o que per altres raons degudament motivades no pugui fer ús dels contenidors en via pública, els serveis municipals podran establir la recollida mitjançant contenidor propi, en recinte privat de residus, de les fraccions que es vegin afectades.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.1.4.1. Fracció a recollir en recinte privat indicada pels serveis municipals</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La fracció objecte de recollida en recinte privat es farà amb les mateixes condicions establertes per a cada tipus de fracció aplicables als usuaris qualificats amb cinc fraccions descrites en el punt 4.3 d'aquest document</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.2. Usuaris generals amb orgànic del servei</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.2.1. Fraccions de rebuig, paper-cartó, envasos i vidre en les mateixes condicions que els usuaris generals del servei</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.2.2. Fracció orgànica</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en contenidors, amb control d'accés mitjançant identificació del generador que fa l'aportació, instal·lats a la via pública en cas que estiguin disponibles.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En cas de recollida de contenidors propis, dipòsit en recinte privat de residus, en contenidors propis de color marró de 240 litres homologats segons la norma UNE EN 840 i amb sistema de recollida DIN Standard. En el cas que així es disposi, Calvià 2000 podrà instal·lar en aquests contenidors privats sistemes RFID amb l'objecte d'identificar els generadors usuaris d'aquest servei</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En cas de recollida de contenidors propis, presentació en contenidors de color marró de 240 litres homologats segons la norma UNE EN 840 i amb sistema de recollida DIN estàndard. En el cas que així es disposi, Calvià 2000 podrà instal·lar en aquests contenidors privats sistemes RFID a fi d'identificar els generadors usuaris d'aquest servei.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Horari per dipositar els residus en el contenidor: de 19 h a 6 h</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En cap cas, la fracció orgànica dipositada no pot superar el 5 % d'impropis (Annex condicions d'entrada II PDSRNPM).</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Es considera que aquests usuaris realitzen de forma habitual la separació en origen de la fracció orgànica, i per tant tenen dret a la tarifa específica, quan realitzin, com a mínim, 75 aportacions anuals de fracció orgànica al sistema de recollida. Quan no s' assoleixin aquestes aportacions, el servei es reserva el dret d'estudiar si l'usuari realitza la separació en origen de la fracció orgànica i, en el cas de que no sigui així, es podrà proposar que s'apliqui la tarifa general del servei en el següent exercici. En el cas que, per problemes tecnològics, no es puguin identificar correctament les aportacions o usos anteriorment descrits, els límits fixats s' establiran proporcionalment al temps en què la tecnologia d' identificació ha estat plenament operativa.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- A més de l' anterior, els usuaris que realitzin autocompostatge i, per tant, no aportin fracció orgànica per a la seva recollida pels serveis municipals, també estaran considerats com a Usuaris Generals amb Fracció Orgànica del servei. Aquests usuaris hauran de comunicar a Calvià 2000 que realitzen aquest autocompostatge i, en aquests casos, els serveis municipals podran realitzar comprovacions del correcte funcionament del compostador a l'habitatge de l'usuari. Aquests usuaris accepten la realització d' aquestes inspeccions i, en el cas que no permetin l' accés per realitzar aquestes comprovacions, se' ls donarà de baixa immediata com a usuaris amb orgànic del servei.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3. Usuaris qualificats del servei amb cinc fraccions</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3.1. Establiments comercials qualificats del servei amb cinc fraccions</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">La qualificació dels establiments comercials com a grans generadors qualificats amb 5 fraccions es realitzarà mitjançant petició del propi establiment a l' Ajuntament de Calvià. En aquest cas, l' Ajuntament demanarà informe a Calvià 2000 en el qual s' especifiqui si aquest compleix amb les condicions establertes en aquest article. En cas afirmatiu, i un cop s' hagi comprovat que es realitza la separació habitual dels residus en les 5 fraccions, l' establiment s' inclourà en el llistat de grans generadors que es troba a l' annex II d' aquest document a l' any següent de la petició i conseqüent comprovació de les condicions establertes.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3.1.1. Fracció rebuig</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida diària preferiblement en torn de matí durant tot l'any.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en recinte privat de residus, en contenidors propis verds de 1.100 litres, homologats segons la norma UNE EN 840 i amb sistema de recollida DIN estàndard.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3.1.2. Fracció orgànica</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida adaptada a la generació de cada generador en cada període de l'any.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en recinte privat de residus, en contenidors propis de color marró de 240 litres homologats segons la norma UNE EN 840 i amb sistema de recollida DIN estàndard.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En cap cas, la fracció orgànica dipositada no pot superar el 5 % d'impropis (Annex condicions d'entrada del PDSRNPM). En el cas que el superi, el servei no recollirà aquesta fracció fins que es compleixi aquest requisit.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3.1.3. Fracció paper-cartó</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida adaptada a la generació de cada generador en cada període de l'any.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en recinte privat de residus, en forma de bales compactes i lligades, preferiblement produïdes mitjançant compactadora, i amb un pes no superior a 20 kg.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3.1.4. Fracció envasos lleugers</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida diària en PERÍODE C en torn d'horabaixa.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida adaptada a la generació de cada generador la resta de l'any en torn d'horabaixa.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en recinte privat de residus, en contenidors propis grocs de 1.100 litres, homologats segons la norma UNE EN 840 i amb sistema de recollida DIN estàndard.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En cap cas, la fracció dipositada, pot superar el 10 % d'impropis. En el cas que el superi, el servei no recollirà aquesta fracció fins que es compleixi aquest requisit.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3.1.5. Fracció vidre</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida una vegada per setmana en PERÍODE C en torn d'horabaixa. </span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida adaptada a la generació de cada hotel la resta de l'any en torn d'horabaixa.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en recinte privat de residus, en contenidors propis verds tipus iglú de 2.500 o 3.000 litres de capacitat nominal, amb sistema de descàrrega vertical mitjançant doble ganxo.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En cap cas, la fracció orgànica dipositada, pot superar el 5 % d'impropis (annex condicions d'entrada del PDSRNPM). En el cas que el superi, el servei no recollirà aquesta fracció fins que es compleixi aquest requisit.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3.2. Usuaris del servei «Porta a Porta»</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3.2.1. Els residents i establiments comercials situats en sòl urbà dels pobles de Calvià Vila i es Capdellà han de dipositar els seus residus segons el sistema implantat del «porta a porta».</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">Excepcionalment, i sempre que raons d' eficiència en el servei així ho aconsellin, es podrà prestar el servei de recollida selectiva porta a porta en aquells immobles de naturalesa diferent a la urbana, en els quals el seu accés principal es trobi en carrers que, essent considerades com a rústiques segons el PGOU, estiguin integrades en urbà. S' entén que aquests carrers estan integrats en urbà quan l' accés a aquestes únicament es pugui realitzar per carrers urbans del municipi. En el cas que la ruta de recollida passi per aquests carrers, els residents hauran de treure els cubells davant la porta del seu habitatge. En el cas que la ruta no passi per aquests carrers, els residents hauran de traslladar els seus cubells fins al punt més proper per on sí que passi la ruta. Destacar que aquests carrers en sòl rústic susceptibles d' estar integrats en el servei PaP s' hauran de tractar de forma individual, no es contempla la integració d' urbanitzacions, zones o conjunt de carrers en sòl rústic en el servei PaP.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en poals o contenidors propis normalitzats amb identificació individualitzada mitjançant RFID.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Els poals o contenidors s'hauran de presentar davant la façana de la residència o establiment de l'usuari del sistema en les condicions, horaris i dies establerts en l'Annex V «Porta a porta». En el cas que els vehicles de recollida no puguin passar per davant de la façana de la residència o establiment, els usuaris hauran de presentar els cubells de residus en el punt més proper a la seva façana per on sí passin els vehicles de recollida.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Els residus que es presentin sense complir les condicions, horaris i dies establerts, no es recolliran pels serveis municipals. En aquests casos, és obligació del responsable retirar immediatament els residus de la via pública i gestionar-los de forma correcta. En cas contrari, es considerarà la comissió d' una infracció greu segons el recollit a l' article 52.1 de l' Ordenança Municipal per a la Recollida de Residus Municipals i Neteja d' Espais Públics</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- De manera excepcional, i quan no quedi una altra opció, els usuaris del sistema «porta a porta» podran dipositar els seus residus en les àrees d'aportació de residus rústics.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Els serveis municipals aportaran els poals i contenidors necessàries en la implantació del sistema, tant als residents com als establiments comercials. La renovació d'aquests poals als residents, per pèrdua o deterioració, anirà a càrrec dels propietaris d'aquests segons el següent criteri:</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Els dos primers poals a renovar, en un període de tres anys, tindran un preu equivalent al 25% del seu cost.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- El tercer y quart poals a renovar, en un període de tres anys, tindran un preu equivalent al 75% del seu cost.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- El quint poal i següents, en un període de tres anys, tindran un preu equivalent al 100% del seu cost.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Es considera que aquests usuaris realitzen de forma habitual la separació en origen mitjançant el servei porta a porta, i per tant tenen dret a la tarifa específica, quan realitzin, com a mínim, 150 aportacions anuals de fracció selectiva (orgànic, envasos o paper-cartró) i, a més, facin un ús de l'àrea d'aportació menor a 25 vegades a l'any. Quan no s' assoleixin aquestes aportacions, el servei es reserva el dret d'estudiar si l'usuari realitza la separació en origen mitjançant el servei Porta a Porta i, en el cas de que no sigui així, es podrà proposar que s'apliqui la tarifa general del servei en el següent exercici. En el cas que, per problemes tecnològics, no es puguin identificar correctament les aportacions o usos anteriorment descrits, els límits fixats s' establiran proporcionalment al temps en què la tecnologia d' identificació ha estat plenament operativa.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3.2.2. Fracció rebuig</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en bosses dins el poal propi normalitzat amb identificació individualitzada mitjançant RFID de 20 litres de capacitat i color marró amb tapa grisa.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3.2.3. Fracció orgànic</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en bosses compostables dins poal propi normalitzat amb identificació individualitzada mitjançant RFID de 20 litres de capacitat i color marró amb tapa grisa.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3.2.4. Fracció paper-cartó</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit a granel dins poal propi normalitzat amb identificació individualitzada mitjançant RFID de 40 litres de capacitat i color blanc</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3.2.5. Fracció envasos</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en bosses de plàstic dins poal propi normalitzat amb identificació individualitzada mitjançant RFID de 40 litres de capacitat i color blanc.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.3.2.6. Fracció vidre</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en contenidors a la via pública de 8 h a 22 h.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.4. USUARIS AMB ÚS D'ÀREES D'APORTACIÓ</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.4.1. Fraccions d'orgànic, rebuig, paper-cartó, envasos i vidre.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en contenidors situats en els recintes d'aportació de residus rústics disponibles en el municipi.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Accés a aquests recintes mitjançant targeta amb identificació individual i autorització d'ús. Aquesta targeta serà proporcionada per Calvià 2000.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- S'haurà de fer el dipòsit de cada fracció en els corresponents contenidors específics.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En cap cas no es podrà dipositar cap tipus de residu fora dels contenidors. Ni cap residu que no correspongui a les fraccions d' orgànic, rebuig, paper-cartró, envasos i vidre. En cas contrari, es considerarà la comissió d' una infracció greu segons el recollit a l' article 52.1 de l' Ordenança Municipal per a la Recollida de Residus Municipals i Neteja d' Espais Públics.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.4.2. Resta de residus domiciliaris per als quals no s'ha definit recollida específica</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:80px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida mitjançant dipòsit a la Deixalleria.</span></p>

<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.5.1 Residents o negocis situats en "zones P"</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.5.1.1 Els contenidors privats del sistema P han d'estar correctament identificats, especificant el carrer i el número de l'establiment o residència a la qual pertanyen. S' hi ha de retolar el nom comercial i el tipus de fracció de recollida del contenidor. Aquesta informació ha d' estar visible en els contenidors mitjançant uns adhesius normalitzats, amb número de referència únic i proporcionats pels serveis municipals. En el cas que així es disposi, Calvià 2000 podrà instal·lar en aquests contenidors privats sistemes RFID amb l'objecte d'identificar els generadors usuaris d'aquest servei</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Els contenidors es poden treure al punt P més proper a la direcció del portal del resident o negoci a partir de les 19 h i mai abans del tancament del negoci el dia anterior al de recollida.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Els contenidors han de ser retirats del punt P l'endemà abans de les 10h.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- El llistat actualitzat i la ubicació dels punts P es troba recollit a l' Annex I</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.5.1.2 Fracció rebuig</span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en contenidors propis verds de 240 litres, homologats segons la norma UNE EN 840 i amb sistema de recollida DIN Standard.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida diària en PERÍODES B, C i D.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida dilluns, dimecres i divendres en PERÍODE A (1 i 2).</span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Dipòsit en l' horari fixat a l' annex III, davant del portal del negoci o residència, degudament doblat en bales, lligades o similar, de manera que no pugui dispersar-se per acció del vent o altres. En el cas que el negoci o residència s' ubiqui en un carrer per la qual no circula el camió de recollida, s' haurà de portar el cartró al punt P més proper</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Les freqüències de recollida per a època de l'any es troben a l'annex III.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En el cas que estigui disponible, i sempre que així ho disposin els serveis municipals, s' haurà d' usar el recinte municipal específic de dipòsit de cartró els comerços que hi tinguin l' accés habilitat seguint el que disposa l' annex IV.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. RECOLLIDES ESPECIALS</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.1. Recollida de voluminosos i aparells elèctrics i electrònics</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida de dilluns a divendres en torn de matí o horabaixa.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Recollida concertada a petició prèvia del servei o dipòsit a la Deixalleria.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Màxim de cinc objectes o unitats de residu per servei.</span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Les restes de poda han de poder ser recollits directament per la grua d'un camió-pop, tant per la ubicació del punt de recollida (carrers d'accés) com per les pròpies característiques d'aquest punt.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Màxim de cinc metres cúbics per servei i tres serveis al mes.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Quan es tingui necessitat de generar puntualment quantitats de residus majors que les habituals, no s' haurà d' utilitzar els contenidors de via pública i s' haurà d' avisar amb una antelació mínima de 3 dies als serveis de recollida per a la seva recollida concertada.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6.1. Usuaris </span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6.1.1. Particulars</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En vehicles < 3.500 kg particulars o de lloguer.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Per a residus domèstics o assimilables en tipologia i quantitat. En el cas que la tipologia o les quantitats aportades superin l'assimilable a la generació en un domicili, no s'acceptaran a la Deixalleria i Calvià 2000 informarà de la instal·lació de recepció en la qual es poden lliurar aquests residus.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Accés amb DNI, domicili a Calvià. El propietari del DNI ha de fer personalment el lliurament dels residus o mitjançant una autorització expressa signada i datada recentment a favor d'un tercer amb fotocòpia del DNI de la persona domiciliada a Calvià que autoritza. En el cas que la persona no tingui la residència a Calvià, però tingui un domicili en el municipi, haurà de presentar també una fotocòpia d'algun rebut municipal.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- S'ha de facilitar als operaris de Calvià 2000 tota la informació dels residus que es pretenen lliurar perquè siguin introduïts en l'aplicació de control i seguiment. En el cas dels RAEE, se n'haurà d'informar de la marca, tipus i número de sèrie.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En cap cas no s'acceptaran residus que no estiguin separats prèviament; cada residu s'ha de dipositar en el seu contenidor corresponent.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- En tot cas s'hauran de seguir les indicacions del personal de Calvià 2000. </span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Únicament residus voluminosos d'origen domèstic o assimilable a domèstic (en tipologia i quantitat, codi LER 200307). En el cas que la tipologia o les quantitats aportades superin l'assimilable a la generació en un domicili, no s'acceptaran a la Deixalleria i Calvià 2000 informarà de la instal·lació de recepció en la qual es poden lliurar aquests residus.</span></p>

No es podran dipositar a la Deixalleria quantitats superiors a 6 m2 de plaques amb amiant (o equivalent) al mes.</span></span></p>

En cap cas s'acceptaran a la Deixalleria els materials següents: residus infecciosos, radioactius, material explosiu o inflamable, residus industrials, residus hospitalaris, vehicles fora d'ús, animals morts i qualsevol altre residu que es pugui considerar perillós i/o inadequat per emmagatzemar o manipular a la Deixalleria.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">6.2.4. Prioritat de la preparació per a la reutilització dels voluminosos i RAEE aportats a la Deixalleria o a través del servei municipal de recollida de voluminosos.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Amb l'objectiu d'avançar cap a la sostenibilitat mediambiental, reduir el consum de productes i contribuir a l'economia circular, tots els voluminosos i RAEE que siguin adequats es destinaran a la preparació per a la reutilització, ja sigui pels propis serveis municipals, ja sigui per empreses o organismes que s'hi dediquin.</span></span></p>
