&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«CORRECCIÓ ERROR A LES BASES PER A LA CONVOCATÒRIA PER CONSTITUIR UNA BORSA DE FEINA D'ADMINISTRATIU DE L'AJUNTAMENT DE MURO, MITJANÇANT CONCURS-OPOSICIÓ &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Detectat error material&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a les bases específiques reguladores del procediment selectiu &lt;/span&gt;per a la constitució d'una borsa de feina d'administratiu de l'Ajuntament de Muro, mitjançant concurs-oposició&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, publicades al BOIB núm 01 de 04 de gener de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb l'establert l'article 109 de la Llei 39/2015 d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, i en ús de les atribucions que em confereix l'article 21.1.h) de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, de Bases del Règim Local,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;rocedir a la rectificació de l'error material. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;On diu: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;DOTZENA. &lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Prestar serveis en un lloc de la Relació de llocs de treball de les Administracions públiques o dels seus organismes públics dependents com a personal funcionari de carrera i no poder acollir-se, en aplicació de la normativa, a cap de les situacions administratives legalment establertes que habiliten per al nomenament com a funcionari interí de l'Ajuntament de Muro »&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Prestar serveis en un lloc de la Relació de llocs de treball de les Administracions públiques o dels seus organismes públics dependents i no poder acollir-se, en aplicació de la normativa, a cap de les situacions administratives legalment establertes que habiliten per al nomenament a l'Ajuntament de Muro »&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tenir per presentades les sol·licituds ja dirigides a l'Ajuntament de Muro per prendre part del procés de selecció de referencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tercer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Fer pública la present resolució mitjançant un anunci en el BOIB i a la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
