    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;D'acord amb la Llei&amp;nbsp;24/2013, de 26 de desembre, del sector elèctric; el Reial decret&amp;nbsp;1955/2000, d'1 de desembre, pel qual es regulen les activitats de transport, distribució, comercialització, subministrament i procediments d'autorització d'instal·lacions d'energia elèctrica; el Decret&amp;nbsp;99/1997, d'11 de juliol, pel qual es regula el procediment administratiu aplicable a la tramitació de les instal·lacions elèctriques de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears; el Decret&amp;nbsp;96/2005, de 23 de setembre, d'aprovació definitiva de la revisió del Pla Director Sectorial Energètic de les Illes Balears, i la Llei&amp;nbsp;13/2012, de 20 de novembre, de mesures urgents per a l'activació econòmica en matèria d'indústria i energia, noves tecnologies, residus, aigües, altres activitats i mesures tributàries, se sotmet a informació pública la petició de Ventaja Solar 17, SL, per donar compliment al procediment previst per a l'autorització administrativa i la declaració d'utilitat pública del projecte, les característiques principals del qual s'indiquen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Expedient: RE 010/21 Parc fotovoltaic Can Gaià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Situació: polígon&amp;nbsp;31, parcel·la&amp;nbsp;964 de Portocolom, al terme municipal de Felanitx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dades tècniques: parc fotovoltaic amb una ocupació de 40.383&amp;nbsp;m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;, constituït per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— 11.088 panells solars de 490&amp;nbsp;Wp de potència unitària; per tant, la potència de pic total és de 5.433,12&amp;nbsp;kWp.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— 20 inversors de 250&amp;nbsp;kW cada un, dos centres de transformació i CMM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Línies d'evacuació soterrades i connexió sobre la línia de mitja tensió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La qual cosa es fa pública perquè el projecte esmentat es pugui examinar a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
