CAIB ![CDATA[Resolució de la consellera d’Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors de 3 de gener de 2022 per la qual s’actualitzen les quanties de les indemnitzacions per raó del servei del personal al servei de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l’any 2022]] 2022-01-04 656842 2022-01-06 939 text/html CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fets</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Únic.&nbsp; Als efectes d'aconseguir una major seguretat jurídica i facilitar-ne&nbsp; el&nbsp; seu coneixement, es considera convenient publicar les quanties actualitzades de les indemnitzacions per raó del servei del personal al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2022. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">1. L'apartat 3 de la disposició final primera del Decret 16/2016, de 8 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova el Text consolidat del Decret pel qual es regulen les indemnitzacions per raó del servei del personal al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, faculta el conseller competent en matèria d'hisenda i pressuposts per actualitzar les quanties de les indemnitzacions que preveu el Decret esmentat, d'acord amb el que disposin les lleis de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. L'apartat 1 de l'article 17 de la Llei 5/2021, de 28 de desembre, de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2022, fixa en el 2 % el percentatge d'increment de les indemnitzacions per raó del servei del personal al servei de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. El Decret 11/2021, de 15 de febrer, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, modificat pel Decret 25/2021, de 8 de març, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.El Decret 10/2019, de 2 de juliol<span style="color:black">, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es </span><span style="color:black">disposa el nomenament dels membres del Govern de les Illes Balears</span>, en què es nomena la senyora Rosario Sánchez Grau consellera d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per tot això, dict la següent</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolució</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Establir l'actualització de les quanties de les indemnitzacions per raó del servei del personal al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears aplicables a partir de l'1 de gener de 2022, en els termes establerts a l'annex que s'adjunta a aquesta Resolució.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.
