&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca, en la sessió de caràcter ordinari de dia 20 de setembre de 2021, va aprovar la convocatòria d'ajuts de minimis del CIM per al foment de les races autòctones de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regeix per les bases aprovades pel Consell Executiu del CIM en la sessió de caràcter ordinari de dia 20 de maig de 2019 (BOIB núm. 82 de 20 de juny de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. La dotació pressupostària d'aquesta convocatòria és de 30.000 € de la partida 5.41240.4890000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. El termini de presentació de sol·licituds va ser a partir de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat la convocatòria en el BOIB, que va ser dia 5 d'octubre de 2021, al BOIB núm. 136, fins al 31 d'octubre de 2021. En aquest termini s'han presentat tres sol·licituds. Els tres sol·licitants compleixen els requisits de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és donar suport a les activitats que hagin portat a terme, entre dia 1 de novembre de 2020 i dia 31 d'octubre de 2021, les associacions de ramaders de races autòctones de Menorca, per tal de compensar el cost de les despeses relacionades amb la gestió dels llibres genealògics i la millora genètica, per obtenir productes primaris de qualitat, i també les despeses derivades de les tasques que duen a terme les associacions, per promocionar aquests productes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. El punt 4 de les bases enumera les activitats subvencionables i el punt 7 indica la documentació que han de presentar els sol·licitants dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. El punt 8 de les bases indica la prelació i valoració de les sol·licituds. Per a la concessió de les subvencions previstes s'estableix que es tindrà en compte el criteri següent: cens mitjà de cada explotació, obtingut de la divisió entre el nombre d'animals inscrits en el llibre genealògic i el nombre d'afiliats a cada associació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) &amp;lt; 20 caps : 4 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) 20-40 caps: 5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) &amp;gt; 40 caps: 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segons el resultat en la puntuació correspondran les quantitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) menys de 5 punts: 6.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) igual o més de 5 punts: 12.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. El punt 12.1 de les bases preveu la presentació de la justificació de les despeses objecte de subvenció juntament amb la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. Dia 25 de novembre de 2021 es reuní la Comissió Avaluadora dels ajuts i va emetre la seva proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atesa la proposta del conseller executiu del Departament d'Economia i Territori,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consell executiu, per unanimitat dels cinc membres presents &lt;/span&gt;(senyor Maria Ballester, senyor Pastrana Huguet, senyor Juaneda Mercadal, senyora Gomis Luis, senyora Gómez Estévez) &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i en votació ordinària, adopta els acords següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Concedir i tramitar el pagament, per un import total de 26.078,26 €, dels ajuts següents de la convocatòria d'ajuts de minimis del CIM pel foment de les races autòctones de Menorca, per tal de compensar el cost de les despeses relacionades amb la gestió dels llibres genealògics i la millora genètica, per obtenir productes primaris de qualitat, i també per les despeses derivades de les tasques que hagin dut a terme les associacions per promocionar aquests productes, entre l'1 de novembre de l'any 2020 i el 31 d'octubre de 2021, amb càrrec a la partida 5.41240.4890000 del pressupost del Consell Insular de Menorca per a l'any 2021:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquests ajuts, en virtut de la seva naturalesa específica, com a ajuts de minimis, estan sotmesos, al Reglament (UE) núm. 1408/2013 de la Comissió, de 18 de desembre de 2013, relatiu a l'aplicació dels articles 107 i 108 del Tractat de funcionament de la Unió Europea de les ajudes de minimis en el sector agrícola, modificat pel Reglament (UE) núm. 2019/316 de 21 de febrer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt; Remetre a la BDNS aquest acord en compliment de l'art. 20.8 de l'LGS i publicar-lo en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; als efectes de notificació (art. 1b de la LPACAP). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.&lt;/strong&gt; Comunicar aquest acord a la Conselleria d'Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentació del Govern de les Illes Balears per tal que tengui els efectes que corresponguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra aquest acord – que no exhaureix la via administrativa – es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i l'article 22 de la Llei 8/2000, de 27 d'octubre, de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'esmentat recurs s'entendrà desestimat, si no es notifica la resolució corresponent, quan hagin transcorregut tres mesos des de la seva interposició. Contra la desestimació del recurs d'alçada per silenci administratiu podreu interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
