text/html 52227 52226 670 CAIB ca 2021-12-25 2021-12-22 623330 2021-12-25 ca ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Per el general coneixement es fa saber que, el 20 de desembre de 2021, es va aprovar la Oferta Pública d'Ocupació de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta corresponent a l'exercici 2021, mitjançant el Decret 2021-0874, següent:</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>“DECRET</strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Expedient núm.: </strong>10/2021</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Assumpte: </strong>Decret OPO</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Procediment: </strong>Planificació i Ordenació de Personal</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">D'acord amb l'obligació de les Corporacions Locals d'aprovar dintre del termini d'un mes, a comptar des de l'aprovació dels Pressuposts Generals de la Corporació, la Oferta Pública d'Ocupació, sense perjudici de no ser invalidant el incompliment d'aquest termini, l'Ajuntament de Lloseta ha dut a terme els tràmits pertinents per procedir a la seva aprovació i posterior publicació.&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Vist l'informe del Secretari de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta on s'indica el procediment a seguir per l'aprovació de l'Oferta Pública i s'identifiquen les places afectades per les corresponents taxes d'estabilització, així com, el percentatge de reposició generat durant l'exercici 2020. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Vista l'Acta de la Mesa Negociació amb els delegats de personal de funcionaris i personal laboral, es decideix l'assignació concreta de la taxa de reposició entre les places vacants i no afectades per la taxa de reposició. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Per altra banda, hem de tenir en compte que simultàniament a la tramitació de l'Oferta Pública d'Ocupació, es va tramitar l'Expedient 787/2021 de la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball, on el seu objecte fou la conversió de les places que a continuació es detallen passant de trobar-se configurades com a llocs de treball de personal laboral, a personal funcionari. Aquest Expedient es va tramitar essent conseqüents de que aquestes places es trobaven entre les que quedarien incloses en la Oferta Pública d'Ocupació, i amb la finalitat principal de facilitar els posteriors procediments selectius.
