&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Nomenar els membres del Tribunal qualificador, a les següents persones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suplent: Mateu Tous Muntaner, tresorer de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal no pot constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents indistintament, sense president o presidenta ni secretari o secretària. Les decisions s'han d'adoptar per majoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal pot acordar la incorporació en les tasques de personal assessor o especialistes en totes o alguna de les proves, que poden actuar amb veu però sense vot. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els membres del Tribunal i els assessors s'han d'abstenir d'intervenir quan concorrin les circumstàncies que preveu l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic. Així mateix, han de notificar aquesta circumstància a l'autoritat que els va nomenar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'abstenció i la recusació dels membres del tribunal es regularà pels articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, i pels articles 22 i 23 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les decisions adoptades pel tribunal es poden recórrer en les condicions que estableix l'article 121 de la Llei 39/2015&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar aquesta Resolució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i al tauler d'anuncis i portal de de transparència de la plana web de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
