CAIB 656292 CAIB text/html CAIB 51267 ![CDATA[Resolució de la directora general de Primera Infància, Innovació i Comunitat Educativa de 14 de desembre de 2021 per la qual es concedeixen les subvencions corresponents a la convocatòria d’ajuts de 27 d’agost de 2021 per a despeses de funcionament i activitats de les associacions de pares i mares d’alumnes (APIMA) i les seves federacions i confederacions, i les associacions d’alumnes (AA) i les seves federacions i confederacions]] 2021-12-21 616312 2021-12-21 ca 51262 ca 2021-12-17 300 ![CDATA[<p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Fets</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.Mitjançant la Resolució del conseller d'Educació i Formació Professional de 27 d'agost de 2021, es van convocar ajuts per a despeses de funcionament i activitats de les associacions de pares i mares d'alumnes (APIMA) i les seves federacions i confederacions, i les associacions d'alumnes (AA) i les seves federacions i confederacions (BOIB núm. 118, de 31 d'agost de 2021).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.Els ajuts s'han de fer efectius a càrrec de la partida pressupostària 13601.421K03.48000.00 dels pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2021 per un import màxim de 300.000 euros. D'aquests, 230.000 euros s'han de destinar a atendre les APIMA i les AA i els 70.000 restants a atendre les sol·licituds de les federacions i confederacions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.La Comissió Avaluadora establerta per a aquesta convocatòria es va reunir els dies 10 i 19 de novembre per estudiar i valorar les sol·licituds de subvenció i va acordar proposar com a beneficiàries dels ajuts les associacions, federacions i confederacions que compleixen tots els requisits establerts en la convocatòria. També va determinar les quanties que corresponen a cadascuna d'acord amb la distribució que estableix la convocatòria, que s'annexa a aquesta Resolució.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.S'ha comprovat que les entitats beneficiàries estiguin al corrent de les seves obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.Les relacions provisionals d'entitats admeses i imports concedits i d'entitats excloses i motius d'exclusió es van publicar a la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Primera Infància, Innovació i Comunitat Educativa (http://dgpice.caib.es) el dia 19 de novembre de 2021. La proposta definitiva es va publicar el 3 de desembre de 2021.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6.Els representants legals de les entitats beneficiàries han acceptat la proposta de subvenció.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">7.La despesa haurà d'haver tingut lloc entre l'1 de setembre de 2020 i el 31 d'agost de 2021 i s'hauran d'haver adjuntat al tràmit telemàtic els documents que justifiquen les despeses de funcionament de l'entitat (compte justificatiu / memòria de les despeses / relació de justificants imputats signat digitalment), tal com consta en el paràgraf 2 del punt onzè de la convocatòria.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Fonaments de dret</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.El Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de desembre de 2005).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.L'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura d'1 de juliol de 2009 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d'educació i cultura (BOIB núm. 100, d'11 de juliol de 2005).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.La Resolució de 27 d'agost de 2021 per la qual es convoquen ajuts per a despeses de funcionament i activitats de les associacions de pares i mares d'alumnes (APIMA) i les seves federacions i confederacions, i les associacions d'alumnes (AA) i les seves federacions i confederacions (BOIB núm. 118, de 31 d'agost de 2021).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per tot això, dict la següent</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Resolució</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.Aprovar la concessió d'ajuts per a despeses de funcionament i activitats a les associacions de pares i mares i les seves federacions i confederacions i a les associacions d'alumnes i les seves federacions i confederacions, que es relacionen en l'annex 1.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.Denegar la concessió d'ajuts per a despeses de funcionament i activitats a les associacions de pares i mares i les seves federacions i confederacions i a les associacions d'alumnes i les seves federacions i confederacions que es relacionen en l'annex 2 per no complir algun dels requisits de la convocatòria, que es detallen en l'annex esmentat.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">3.Establir que aquesta Resolució tindrà efecte l'endemà d'haver-se signat.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.Publicar aquesta Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Interposició de recursos</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra aquesta Resolució —que exhaureix la via administrativa— es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el conseller d'Educació i Formació Professional en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i amb l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
