&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca, mitjançant l'acord adoptat en la sessió de caràcter ordinari de dia 19 de març de 2018, va aprovar les bases que regeixen la convocatòria d'ajuts del CIM per promoure pràctiques sostenibles a les explotacions de Menorca (CARB) per a l'any 2018. Aquestes bases es varen publicar en el BOIB núm. 76 de 21 de juny de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dia 21 de setembre de 2020 el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca va aprovar la convocatòria per a la concessió d'ajuts del CIM per promoure pràctiques sostenibles a les explotacions agràries de Menorca (CARB) 2020, que es regiren per les bases aprovades l'any 2018 amb una sèrie de modificacions (BOIB núm. 194 de 12 de novembre de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. En compliment de l'article 9 del Reglament (CE) núm. 702/2014, el número de registre del document vàlid per a l'aplicació SANI (programa informàtic específic per a les comunicacions d'ajuts a la Comunitat Europea) de la convocatòria de l'any 2020 és SA.59137 i el núm. de registre del document validat per a l'aplicació SANI en relació amb la modificació de les bases és SA.62980.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. El Consell Executiu del CIM, reunit en sessió de caràcter ordinari dia 12 d'abril de 2021 (BOIB núm. 67 de 22 de maig de 2021), va acordar, entre d'altres, concedir els ajuts següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. La base 11.3 diu que la instrucció correspon al personal tècnic del departament competent en matèria d'agricultura, que ha de realitzar d'ofici totes les actuacions necessàries per a la determinació, el coneixent i la comprovació de les dades en virtut de les quals s'ha de dictar resolució sobre la concessió dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. La instructora d'aquest expedient, dia 29 de setembre de 2021, informa d'uns errors materials produïts en el moment d'introduir les dades dels sol·licitants següents en el programa informàtic:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Son Febrer des Camí Vell, SRM: L'interessat va sol·licitar un ajut de 3.500 € per l'execució de diversos compromisos i 1.050 € per diferents increments. Les dades que es van introduir únicament van ser les relatives als compromisos. La instructora informa que s'hauria d'haver concedit al sol·licitant una subvenció per un import total de 4.550 €. Informa, també, que dia 12 d'abril de 2021 el sol·licitant va justificar correctament l'ajut que va sol·licitar per import de 4.550 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Llinàritx Vell SRM: L'interessat va sol·licitar un ajut de 3.500 € i únicament se li va concedir un ajut de 2.692,25 € atès que no es van gravar correctament les dades que corresponien a l'ajut sol·licitat per aixecament d'enderrossalls, amb un import de 807,75€. Inform,a també, que en el moment de certificar els compromisos, es va comprovar que l'interessat havia fet net el boscarró i per tant havia executat correctament l'ajut sol·licitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. La convocatòria per a la concessió d'ajuts del CIM per promoure pràctiques sostenibles a les explotacions agràries de Menorca (CARB) 2020 es va aprovar amb una partida de 780.000,00 €, i es van concedir, en la seva resolució, 702.088,90 €, de manera que no es va esgotar el crèdit previst a la convocatòria 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Dia 30 de setembre de 2021 es va reunir la comissió avaluadora d'aquests ajuts i va emetre informe favorable en relació amb la proposta que va presentar la instructora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atesa la proposta del conseller executiu del Departament d'Economia i Territori,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consell executiu, per unanimitat dels set membres presents &lt;/span&gt;(senyora Mora Humbert, senyor Maria Ballester, senyora Torrent Bagur, senyor Pastrana Huguet, senyor Juaneda Mercadal, senyora Gomis Luis, senyora Gómez Estévez) &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i en votació ordinària, adopta els acords següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;Aquestes ajudes es concedeixen d'acord amb el Reglament (CE) núm. 702/2014 de la Comissió, de 25 de juny de 2014, pel qual es declaren determinades categories d'ajuda en els sectors agrícola i forestal i en zones rurals compatibles en el mercat interior en aplicació dels articles 107 i 108 del Tractat de Funcionament de la Unió Europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. &lt;/strong&gt;Remetre a la BDNS aquests acords en compliment de l'art. 20.8 de l'LGS i publicar-los en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;als efectes de notificació (art. 1 &lt;em&gt;b &lt;/em&gt;de l'LPACAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra aquest acord – que no exhaureix la via administrativa – es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i l'article 22 de la Llei 8/2000, de 27 d'octubre, de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'esmentat recurs s'entendrà desestimat, si no es notifica la resolució corresponent, quan hagin transcorregut tres mesos des de la seva interposició. Contra la desestimació del recurs d'alçada per silenci administratiu podreu interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
