    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sessió celebrada el 2 de desembre de 2021, adoptà, per unanimitat, el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;1. &lt;strong&gt;APROVAR &lt;/strong&gt;la concessió d'una ajuda econòmica a les associacions de veïns, comissions de festes, associacions culturals i/o esportives sense ànim de lucre per a la realització de festes corresponents al&amp;nbsp; període comprés entre novembre de 2020 i octubre 2021, a les associacions&amp;nbsp; que organitzen&amp;nbsp; les festes&amp;nbsp; que es detallen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

ACCEPTAR la justificació, reconèixer l'obligació i ordenar el pagament &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;de 20.027,34 € (vint mil vint-i-set euros amb trenta-quatre) a favor de les associacions especificades al punt primer d'aquest acord, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 2021/1/334/48000/01&amp;nbsp; dels&amp;nbsp; vigents&amp;nbsp; pressuposts&amp;nbsp; anuals del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;NOTIFICAR &lt;/strong&gt;aquest acord a les associacions interessades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;4. PUBLICAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;aquest acord al Tauler d'anuncis de l'OAC i a la pàgina web de la Corporació i al Butlletí Oficial&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; de les Illes Balears, si s'escau”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La qual cosa es fa pública per a general coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
