&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El títol IV del Decret 21/2019, de 15 de març, d'avaluació i certificació de coneixements de llengua catalana (BOIB núm. 35, de 16 de març), regula la Comissió Tècnica d'Avaluació de Coneixements de Català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La composició d'aquest òrgan es fixa en l'article 11.1 del Decret esmentat. A més, l'article 11.2 disposa que els membres de la Comissió són nomenats mitjançant una resolució del director general de Política Lingüística, que s'ha de publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, per un període de dos anys, transcorreguts els quals poden tornar a ser designats i nomenats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Nomenar els membres de la Comissió Tècnica d'Avaluació de Coneixements de Català, que actuaran per un període de dos anys:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el conseller de Fons Europeus, Universitat i Cultura en el termini &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; i l'article 58 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
