&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“1.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Per provisió de Batllia de data 21 d'octubre de 2021, es va ordenar al departament de personal de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta l'emissió de quants informes i la realització dels tràmits oportuns per tal de modificar la RLLT pels següents motius:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;I.- El departament de recursos humans de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta es troba treballant en la identificació d'aquells llocs de treball afectats pels processos d'estabilització que preveuen el Decret Llei 14/2021 i les LGPE de 2017 i 2018. S'ha detectat la necessitat de realitzar un conjunt de modificacions a l'actual relació de llocs de treball per tal d'agilitzar i racionalitzar els futurs processos d'estabilització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;II.- En un futur proper, es pretén incorporar a la plantilla de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta un arquitecte funcionari de carrera, fet pel qual resulta necessària la creació de la fitxa del lloc de treball a la RLLT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;III.- atesa la jubilació d'un membre del cos de policia, es planteja la necessitat d'adaptar el cos a les recomanacions de la Llei de coordinació de policies locals de les illes Balears i la normativa de desplegament, fet pel qual, s'haurà de convertir el lloc de treball que resultarà vacant en un lloc de Policia Oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; El secretari de la corporació va emetre informe envers de les modificacions que s'haurien de realitzar en relació a alguns llocs de treball, informa sobre la creació d'un lloc de treball d'arquitecte, i analitza la possibilitat de conversió d'un lloc de treball de policia a oficial de policia. S'informa també sobre els tràmits a seguir per a la modificació de la RLLT. La part bastant de dit informe indica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Expedient núm.: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;768/2021&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Assumpte: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Informe de RRHH&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;INFORME&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D'acord amb la Provisió d'Inici que va emetre el Sr. Batle, a proposta de la Regidora de Personal, de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta, es sol·licita a aquest Departament que s'emeti informe sobre la situació dels llocs de treball de la RLLT i la necessitat de modificar-los per tal que, de cara a la Oferta Pública d'Ocupació, es facilitin els procediments selectius i siguin el més homogenis possibles per aquells llocs de igual o similar categoria, cos o escala. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;LEGISLACIÓ APLICABLE&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament Marc de Coordinació de les Policies Locals de les Illes Balears i es modifica el Decret 55/2017, de 15 de desembre, del Fons de Seguretat Pública de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de Coordinació de les Policies Locals de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Real Decret-Llei 14/2021, de 6 de juliol, de mesures urgents per la reducció de la temporalitat en el sector públic.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Llei 27/2013, de 27 de desembre, de racionalització i sostenibilitat de la Administració Local&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A. ESTRUCTURACIÓ DEL COS DE POLICIES LOCALS.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;El&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Decret 40/2019, als articles 41 i següents, determina uns criteris orientatius entorn a com han d'estar conformades les plantilles dels cossos de Policia Local de cada municipi. Atenent a la població existent a Lloseta, el cos de policia ha d'estar conformada per aproximadament 9 efectius.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per altra banda, l'article 43 estableix que per cada 4 policies es comptarà amb 1 oficial. Dits criteris segueixen sent orientatius, ja que l'article en qüestió diu “ els cossos de policia local, hauran d'orientar la seva organització als següents criteris”.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;En la tasca de planificar racionalment els recursos humans de la corporació, és voluntat d'aquesta administració arribar a assolir i complir amb el nombre total de membres que reglamentàriament han de conformar el Cos de Policies Locals de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta, així com l'adaptació dels llocs de treball a les categories pertinents, si bé, aquest procediment haurà de fer-se progressivament tenint en compte dos factors claus com son la taxa de reposició d'efectius i les possibilitats econòmiques de la Corporació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;El 05 de novembre de 2021 es jubilarà el policia local funcionari de carrera, Llorenç Ramon Coll, així doncs, comptarem en l'exercici de 2022 amb la taxa de reposició d'un efectiu. Treballant en la línea descrita en el paràgraf que precedeix, resulta convenient amortitzar el lloc que quedarà vacant de “Policia Local”, i crear un altre lloc de treball d'Oficial”.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Resumidament, les passes a seguir serien:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;En primer lloc, s'hauria de modificar la Fitxa de Policia Local, i on diu, “Número de llocs homogenis: 9”, ha de dir, “Número de llocs homogenis: 8”. Aquesta fitxa passarà a ser la número 13.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;En segon lloc, s'ha de crear una nova fitxa d'oficial, que tindrà el número 12, amb un únic lloc homogeni.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;B. REDEFINICIÓ DE TASQUES&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primer. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;A continuació, ens remetem a la Fitxa de “Policia Local – Adjunt a Batlia”. Aquest lloc de treball compta amb un complement específic superior a la resta de Policies Locals de la Corporació i es troba justificat en les tasques que desenvolupa en el seu dia a dia. Si bé, aquestes tasques no és troben degudament establertes en la RLLT i des del Departament de Personal trobem necessària la modificació de la Fitxa 13 i la redefinició de les tasques reals que en son atribuïdes. Així, la Fitxa quedaria estructurada de la següent manera:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;C. CONVERSIÓ D'ALGUNES FITXES DE PERSONAL LABORAL A FUNCIONARI&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primer. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;A continuació parlem de la necessitat de conversió de llocs de treball prevists com a personal laboral, en funcionaris. Aquest assumpte resulta prioritari degut a la recent aprovació del Real Decret Llei 14/2021, que com sabem, estableix l'obligació de portar a terme un conjunt de processos d'estabilització del personal.&amp;nbsp; Per tant, seran molts els llocs de treball que s'hauran d'incloure a la Oferta pública d'Ocupació com també seran molts els processos selectius a realitzar. En aquest context resulta fonamental la homogeneïtzació dels llocs de treball.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquesta conversió dels llocs de treball de “laboral” a “funcionari”, no afecta al personal actualment adscrit al lloc de treball, -- i així es determinarà en la pròpia relació de Llocs de Treball --&amp;nbsp; sinó que afectarà només a aquells futurs treballadors que prenguin possessió del lloc. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;A més de la homogeneïtzació dels llocs de treball per una major racionalització dels RRHH, no podem obviar que la normativa exigeix de manera clara, que certs llocs de treball, per les funcions que tenen assignades, siguin exercides per personal Funcionari.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;L'Article 9.2 del Real Decret Legislatiu 5/2015 determina que “En tot cas, l'exercici de les funcions que impliquin la participació directa o indirecte en l'exercici de potestats públiques o en la salvaguarda dels interessos generals de l'Estat i de les Administracions Públiques corresponen exclusivament als funcionaris públics, en els termes que en la llei de desenvolupament de cada Administració Pública s'estableixi.”. Aquesta previsió la podem trobar introduïda també en l'Article 92.2 de la Llei 7/1985, que fou modificat arrel de l'aprovació de la Llei 27/2013, la redacció queda de la següent manera: “Amb caràcter general, els llocs de treball en l'Administració Local i els seus Organismes Autònoms seran desenvolupats per personal funcionari”.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En un sentit semblant, l'article 169, del Real Decret Legislatiu 781/1986, estableix “Correspon als funcionaris de l'escala de la Administració General del desenvolupament de funcions comunes a l'exercici de la activitat administrativa. En conseqüència, els llocs de treball predominantment burocràtics hauran de ser desenvolupats per funcionaris tècnics, de gestió, administratius o auxiliars de l'Administració General”.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segon. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;De l'anàlisi de l'actual relació de llocs de treball, s'haurien de transformar els llocs de treball següents:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Conversió de la fitxa d'auxiliar administratiu, personal laboral, (Fitxa 14) i inclusió d'aquest lloc en la fitxa 10, la qual, on diu, “Núm. De llocs homogenis 1” ha de dir, “Núm. De llocs homogenis: 2”. A aquesta fitxa s'inclourà la següent previsió:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Els treballadors que es troben ocupant aquest lloc de treball i que no comptin amb la consideració de funcionaris, els podran seguir ocupant en tant no finalitzin els processos selectius per a la seva cobertura definitiva.” &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquesta adaptació requereix també l'adaptació de les retribucions a la normativa sobre retribucions del personal funcionari. A continuació de la fitxa s'estableix cóm haurien de quedar les retribucions d'aquest personal, sense que així suposi un augment o disminució de les retribucions, sinó només una reestructuració per conceptes de les mateixes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Modificació de les fitxes relatives als Treballadors socials, que passaran a ser funcionaris, ja que es tracta d'uns professionals amplament incorporats als serveis estructurals bàsics d'una administració local, que a més emeten informes sobre les situacions personals dels usuaris dels serveis socials. També s'hauran d'adaptar les retribucions a la estructura dels funcionaris i incloure la previsió: “Els treballadors que es troben ocupant aquest lloc de treball i que no comptin amb la consideració de funcionaris, els podran seguir ocupant en tant no finalitzin els processos selectius per a la seva cobertura definitiva.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Així, l'estructura de les retribucions dels Treballadors/es Socials al passar a estar establertes com a funcionaris, hauran d'estar desglossades de la següent manera:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Pel que fa al nou sistema retributiu d'aquells llocs que pesen de laboral a funcionari, es mantindrà la estructura salarial existent també fins a la finalització dels processos selectius que donin lloc a la cobertura definitiva dels llocs de treball.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D. CREACIÓ LLOC DE TREBALL ARQUITECTE&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primer. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tot i ser una funció estructural de tota administració local,&amp;nbsp; aquest lloc de treball no es troba previst en la Relació de Llocs de Treball, ja que des de fa anys, les funcions d'arquitecte s'han exercit per un autònom contractat per l'Ajuntament, que no compta amb la consideració de personal depenent o estatutari de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta. S'estima convenient la creació del lloc de treball d'arquitecte municipal i la seva inclusió en la oferta pública d'ocupació per la seva cobertura reglamentària mitjançant els procediments basats en principis d'igualtat, mèrit i capacitat.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;La configuració d'aquest lloc de treball hauria de fer-se com a Funcionari de Carrera de l'Administració Especial, Subescala Tècnica, Tècnic Superior A1, amb el requisit d'estar en possessió del títol universitari d'arquitectura o aquella que habiliti per a l'exercici d'aquesta professió.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquestes retribucions s'han equiparat a les dels Tècnics d'Administració General A1 de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;E. PROCEDIMENT DE MODIFICACIÓ DE LA RELACIÓ DE LLOCS DE TREBALL&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primer. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;El procediment de modificació de la Relació dels Llocs de treball serà:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="upper-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per Provisió d'Inici de la Batllia s'iniciarà el procediment de modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;S'evacuaran els informes que es considerin oportuns.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Serà objecte de negociació col·lectiva amb els representants dels treballadors, tal com preveu l'Article 37.1, c) i m) del Real Decret Legislatiu 5/2015. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Atès que es modifiquen fitxes que actualment es troben ocupades, es donarà tràmit&amp;nbsp; audiència als treballadors afectats per un termini de 10 dies. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball haurà de ser informada per la Intervenció i pel secretari de la corporació d'acord amb l'establert en el Reial Decret 128/2018. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Previ Dictamen de la Comissió Informativa, s'elevarà la proposta a consideració del Ple de l'ajuntament de Lloseta. D'acord amb les facultats atorgades per l'Article 22.1,i) de la Llei 7/1985, s'entendrà aprovat amb l'obtenció dels vots favorables de la majoria simple dels membres.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Una vegada aprovada la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball, en el termini de 30 dies, es remetrà còpia a l'Administració de l'Estat, i en el seu cas, a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, així com, es farà la corresponent publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i en la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; En data 21 d'octubre de 2021 es va evacuar tràmit d'audiència als treballadors afectats per les modificacions descrites, això és, a aquells treballadors, els llocs dels quals passarà en un futur a ser de funcionaris. Els interessats no han presentat al·legació alguna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Que un cop finalitzin els processos selectius que donin lloc a la cobertura definitiva dels llocs de treball, s'adaptin les nòmines dels Treballadors Socials, i auxiliars administratius, a la estructura salarial establerta en aquest informe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Publicar un extracte de la modificació realitzada en la relació dels llocs de treball en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, i en el Tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;.- Publicar la nova RLLT al portal de transparència de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;.- Remetre còpia de l'acord a l'Administració General de l'estat i a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
