    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Resolució de la directora general d'Investigació en Salut, Formació i Acreditació, en virtut de l'encomana de la presidenta de la Fundació Institut d'Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears (IdISBa), de 23 d'abril de 2021, segons l'article 28.3 dels Estatuts de la Fundació IdISBa, per la qual es convoca un procés selectiu per a la contractació d'una persona graduada en Bioquímica, Biologia, Biomedicina o afí per al projecte «Tratamiento de inducción con bortezomib-melfalan y prednisona (VMP) seguido de lenalidomida y dexametasona (Rd) versus carfilzomib, lenalidomida y dexametasona (KRd) con/sin daratumumab, 18 ciclos, seguido de tratamiento de consolidación y mantenimiento con lenalidomida y daratumumab: ensayo fase III, multicéntrico, aleatorizado en pacientes con mieloma múltiple de nuevo diagnóstico de entre 65 y 80 años de edad»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Decret 68/2012, de 27 de juliol, pel qual es regula el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB), estableix en l'article 15 la competència per ordenar la inserció d'edictes en el BOIB i, en el punt 4, especifica que les institucions o ens públics no esmentats en els tres primers punts han d'acreditar els òrgans i les persones que, d'acord amb la seva normativa específica, estan facultats per ordenar o sol·licitar la inserció de textos en el BOIB. Si no hi ha acreditació específica, s'ha d'entendre que correspon a qui exerceixi la representació de l'òrgan, l'ens o la institució que emana el text.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'altra banda, d'acord amb l'article 27 dels estatuts de la Fundació, la Direcció Gerència de la Fundació té la competència per desenvolupar la política de personal aprovada pel Patronat i, amb aquesta finalitat, seleccionar el personal, subscriure o rescindir els contractes, executar els acords del Patronat en matèria de retribucions, acordar les sancions, exercir la direcció superior del personal al servei de la Fundació i mantenir les relacions amb els òrgans de representació de personal, a més de totes aquelles actuacions que en aquesta matèria li siguin encomanades, sense perjudici de les funcions que corresponen a la presidència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, dicto la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Fundació té encomanades, entre d'altres, les funcions de gestionar mitjans i recursos al servei d'execució de programes d'investigació clínica, bàsica i aplicada, el desenvolupament tecnològic i la innovació en el camp de la salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per poder dur a terme aquestes funcions, la Fundació necessita efectuar la incorporació temporal d'una persona graduada en Bioquímica, Biologia, Biomedicina o afí per dur a terme el projecte en investigació «Tratamiento de inducción con bortezomib-melfalan y prednisona (VMP) seguido de lenalidomida y dexametasona (Rd) versus carfilzomib, lenalidomida y dexametasona (KRd) con/sin daratumumab, 18 ciclos, seguido de tratamiento de consolidación y mantenimiento con lenalidomida y daratumumab: ensayo fase III, multicéntrico, aleatorizado en pacientes con mieloma múltiple de nuevo diagnóstico de entre 65 y 80 años de edad».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'article 23.2 de la Llei 7/2010, de 21 de juliol, del sector públic instrumental de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, estableix els criteris que han de seguir els ens públics de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma en la contractació de personal laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els articles 17 i 18 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposen que s'han d'aplicar els principis d'igualtat, mèrit, capacitat i publicitat en les contractacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'apartat segon B de l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 23 de febrer de 2007, de modificació de l'àmbit d'aplicació i de determinació de l'abast de control del punt 5 de l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 19 de desembre de 1995, preveu la comptabilitat i la rendició de comptes de les empreses públiques de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, pel que fa a la selecció de personal dels ens públics de la Comunitat Autònoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, i en l'exercici de les competències que m'atribueix l'article 28.1 &lt;em&gt;i&lt;/em&gt; dels estatuts fundacionals vigents,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar en possessió del nivell B2 de català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tenir el certificat del curs de Bones Pràctiques Clíniques (GCP ICH E6 R2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tenir el certificat 49 CFR 172.700/ IATA 1.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, o una altra nacionalitat en els casos en què l'article 57 del Text refós de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic (TREBEP) es permeti l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Posseir la capacitat funcional per al desenvolupament de les tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tenir complerts setze anys i no excedir de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No haver estat separat o separada mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de cap entitat del sector públic, dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni estar en estat d'inhabilitació de manera absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no estar en estat d'inhabilitació o en situació equivalent, ni haver rebut sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat i en els mateixos termes, l'accés a una ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;

	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Conèixer i aplicar les esmenes als protocols.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Resoldre les discrepàncies (&lt;em&gt;queries&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

No es podrà valorar cap mèrit que no s'hagi acreditat amb l'aportació de la documentació corresponent dins el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IV. Admissió de les persones aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds i de la documentació relativa als requisits per participar en el procediment de selecció, es publicarà una resolució, en la pàgina web de la Fundació, mitjançant la qual s'aprova la llista provisional de persones aspirants admeses i excloses, amb la indicació de les causes de exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les persones aspirants excloses o omeses disposaran d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a partir del dia següent a la publicació de la resolució provisional, per esmenar els defectes o adjuntar la documentació que sigui preceptiva. En cas de no esmenar o adjuntar la documentació indicada, s'entendrà que desisteixen en la seva sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalitzat el termini indicat en el paràgraf anterior, es dictarà una resolució mitjançant la qual s'aprovarà la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses del procés selectiu, amb les instruccions perquè qui vulgui procedir amb l'entrevista pugui confirmar la seva assistència. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VIII. Modalitat de contractació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contracte por obra i servei a temps complet (37,5 hores setmanals) amb una durada de 12 mesos, amb possibilitat de pròrroga, en el projecte «Tratamiento de inducción con bortezomib-melfalan y prednisona (VMP) seguido de lenalidomida y dexametasona (Rd) versus carfilzomib, lenalidomida y dexametasona (KRd) con/sin daratumumab, 18 ciclos, seguido de tratamiento de consolidación y mantenimiento con lenalidomida y daratumumab: ensayo fase III, multicéntrico, aleatorizado en pacientes con mieloma múltiple de nuevo diagnóstico de entre 65 y 80 años de edad».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Remuneració:&lt;/strong&gt; 26 000,04 euros bruts anuals (prorrata de les pagues extraordinàries inclosa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
