![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El conseller executiu de Promoció Econòmica i Desenvolupament Local, el 12 de novembre de 2021, va dictar la resolució següent:</span></p> <p><strong>“Antecedents</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">1. Al <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em> de dia 9 de setembre de 2021,&nbsp;núm. 124, es publica la resolució de concessió de les subvencions per a inversions per a la millora de la competitivitat de l'artesania de Mallorca per l'any 2021; en l'ANNEX 1 hi ha una errada, en l'import de subvenció i en el pressupost de l'expedient 21/2021.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">2. Segons disposa l'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques, les administracions públiques podran rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o instància dels interessats, errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">3. L'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics o de fet, en actes i disposicions administratius correspon a l'òrgan que hagi dictat l'acte o la disposició.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">4. En data 23 de juliol de 2021 i RE 30096, dins del termini de presentació de sol·licituds de subvenció, el peticionari Sr. Victor Altes Mas va presentar 2 peticions de subvenció dins d'una mateixa sol·licitud, de les que únicament una d'elles va ser considerada.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">5. El conjunt de la sol·licitud de 23 de juliol de 2021 acompleix amb els requisits formals i materials, i es tracta d'actuacions i despeses subvencionables d'acord amb les bases de la convocatòria.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">6. En data 9 de novembre de 2021, la Comissió Avaluadora dels projectes presentats a la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a inversions per a la millora de la competitivitat en matèria d'artesania de Mallorca per a l'any 2021 decideix en sessió extraordinària, admetre la sol·licitud de 23 de juliol de 2021 i RE 30096 presentada pel Sr. Victor Altés Mas amb DNI 43144302M i concedir l'import de 4.000€ pel projecte </span>“Millora d'il·luminació”<span style="color:black">, en substitució de la quantia inicialment admesa de 1.647,93 € pel projecte </span>“Actualització digital”<span style="color:black">.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
