    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La regidora delegada, el dia 16 de novembre de 2021 ha dictat la següent resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;"&lt;strong&gt;DECRET&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; Mitjançant Decret d'Alcaldia núm. 2021-8683 de data 25/10/2021 es van aprovar es bases i la convocatòria de la constitució d'una borsa de treball de delineant per cobrir amb caràcter temporal necessitats urgents i inajornables de prestació de serveis a l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa, pel procediment de selecció mitjançant el sistema de concurs-oposició, que ha estat publicat al butlletí oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 148 de data 28 d'octubre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; De conformitat amb l'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, que assenyala que “&lt;em&gt;Les administracions públiques podran, així mateix, rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes”.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; D'acord amb els antecedents assenyalats i fent ús de les atribucions que m'han estat delegades mitjançant el Decret d'Alcaldia núm. 2020-1083 de data 19 de febrer de 2020 (BOIB núm. 29 de 7/03/2020),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/strong&gt; Rectificar d'ofici la resolució núm. 2021-8683 de data 25/10/2021 per la qual s'aproven les bases de la convocatòria en aquest sentit:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Allà on diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;"&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;SEGONA. REQUISITS DELS ASPIRANTS&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.1. Per prendre-hi part, les persones interessades han de complir els següents requisits:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;[…/...]&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) Estar en possessió del títol de tècnic/a especialista en delineació, tècnic/a superior en Projectes d'Edificació, tècnic/a superior en Projectes d'Obra Civil o tenir complertes les condicions que els habiliti per a l'exercici de la professió regulada, segons estableixen les Directives Comunitàries, o estar en condicions d'obtenir-lo en la data en què finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La titulació s'ha d'acreditar mitjançant l'expedició dels títols corresponents per l'autoritat acadèmica competent. Aquesta mateixa autoritat pot declarar també l'equivalència de títols."&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) Estar en possessió del títol de tècnic/a especialista en delineació, tècnic/a superior en Projectes d'Edificació, tècnic/a superior en Projectes d'Obra Civil o graduat/a en arts aplicades i oficis artístics o equivalents o tenir complertes les condicions que els habiliti per a l'exercici de la professió regulada, segons estableixen les Directives Comunitàries, o estar en condicions d'obtenir-lo en la data en què finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La titulació s'ha d'acreditar mitjançant l'expedició dels títols corresponents per l'autoritat acadèmica competent. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. &lt;/strong&gt;Atorgar un nou termini de 10 dies hàbils a partir de l'endemà de la publicació en el Butlletí de les Illes Balears (BOIB) de la modificació de les bases esmentades abans, per tal que les persones interessades puguin presentar-se, si escau, a la borsa ressenyada. Les persones aspirants que hagin presentat les seves sol·licituds per prendre part l'esmentat procediment selectiu, i no manifestin expressament el contrari, s'entendran per presentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.&lt;/strong&gt; Que es procedeixi a la publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa, de la modificació de les bases i de l'ampliació del període de presentació de sol·licituds. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
