El 28 d'octubre de 2021, es va publicar en la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Cultura la Proposta de resolució de la directora general de Cultura a l'empara de la Resolució del conseller de Fons Europeus, Universitat i Cultura, de 8 de juny de 2021, per la qual es convoquen subvencions per donar suport a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats i dels projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears el 2021.</span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2. El 2 de novembre de 2021, es va publicar en la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Cultura la Rectificació d'errades advertides en la Proposta de resolució de la directora general de Cultura a l'empara de la Resolució del conseller de Fons Europeus, Universitat i Cultura, de 8 de juny de 2021, per la qual es convoquen subvencions per donar suport a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats i dels projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears el 2021.</span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3. No s'ha presentat cap al·legació a la Proposta de resolució ni a la rectificació d'errades de la Proposta de resolució esmentades en els apartats 1 i 2 anteriors.</span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">4. Les persones i entitats sol·licitants han fet constar en la Declaració responsable que coneixen i no estan incursos en cap dels supòsits de prohibició i incompatibilitat per ser beneficiaris dels que preveu l'article 10 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, per qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions.</span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">5. Les persones i entitats sol·licitants han declarat que estan al corrent de les obligacions amb la la Seguretat Social i de les obligacions tributàries amb l'Administració de l'Estat amb l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.</span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">6. La subvenció, per un import total de 4.491,67 euros, es distribueix en les quanties especificades en l'annex 1, per beneficiari, i hi ha crèdit adequat i suficient en la partida 11901.455A01.48000 00 dels pressuposts generals de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2021.</span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">7.
