	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;Que el &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;domicili fiscal o, en el seu cas, el local de desenvolupament&lt;/span&gt; de l'activitat de l'entitat es trobi en el terme municipal d'Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;.&lt;span style="font-size:12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Liberation Serif&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;No haver estat mai objecte de sancions administratives fermes, ni de sentències condemnatòries per haver exercit o tolerat pràctiques laborals considerades discriminatòries per raó de sexe o de gènere, en compliment de l'article 11 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i home.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Liberation Serif&amp;quot;,&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Les persones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;físiques i jurídiques privades, les agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques privades i les comunitats de béns o qualsevol altre tipus d'unitat econòmica o patrimoni separat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;Segon. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;Tercer. Bases reguladores:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
