El compliment dels requisits i la documentació ha quedat reflectit a l'aplicació SIFOG i es troben en revisió administrativa final.</em></span></span></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>4.</em><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><em>El crèdit final va ser de 11.002.064,79 euros per a aquesta línia d'ajudes per a l'exercici de l'any 2018.</em></span></span></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>5.</em><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><em>Tenint en compte que el crèdit existent no va cobrir la totalitat de les peticions d'aquesta convocatòria, la selecció dels beneficiaris de les ajudes s'ha fet mitjançant el procediment de concurrència competitiva, segons els criteris de prioritat i la puntuació obtinguda aplicant l'apartat setè de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 16 de juliol de 2015 abans esmentada. </em></span></span></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>6.</em><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><em>En data 10 de setembre de 2020 es va dictar resolució de concessió d'aquestes ajudes, publicada el 17 de setembre de 2020 en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, núm. 161, dins la qual hi havia 86 expedients que complien amb les condicions establertes per la convocatòria però que quedaven denegats provisionalment per falta de pressupost.</em></span></span></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>7.</em><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><em>En aquesta resolució es disposava que si algun dels beneficiaris renuncia a la subvenció en els sis mesos següents de la notificació de la seva concessió, l'òrgan que concedeix la subvenció esmentada haurà d'acordar, sense necessitat de nova convocatòria, la concessió de la subvenció al sol·licitant o sol·licitants següents per ordre de puntuació, sempre que amb la renúncia per part d'algun dels beneficiaris, s'hagi alliberat prou crèdit per poder atendre com a mínim una de les sol·licituds denegades. </em></span></span></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>8.</em><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><em>La data límit dels sis mesos era el 17 de març de 2021 i, per renuncies i revocacions, es va alliberar un total de 335.421,55 euros, per tant, es poden concedir, per l'ordre de puntuació que hi havia, els expedients que figuren en l'annex I.</em></span></span></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><em><span style="color:#000000"><em>Proposta de resolució </em></span></em></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><em><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><em>Per tot això, s'informa favorablement i propòs al vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:</em></span></span></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><em><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><em>1. Concedir l'ajuda sol·licitada als beneficiaris pels imports i amb els terminis detallats en l'annex I, amb els números d'ordre del 295 al 308, ambdós inclosos, que són un total de 14 expedients i que comença amb AGRICOLA DE PROMOCIONES S.A. i acaba amb FARTÀRITX RAMADERIA MALLORQUINA S.L. que suma un import total de 335.421,55 euros, relativa a la línia d'ajuda “ Inversions a les explotacions agràries 2015-2019”</em></span></span></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><em><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><em>2.&nbsp;Autoritzar i disposar la despesa assenyalada a cada un dels beneficiaris amb càrrec als pressuposts i percentatges de cofinançament detallats en l'annex I d'aquesta resolució.</em></span></span></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><em><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><em>3.&nbsp;Determinar que, d'acord amb el que estableix la convocatòria de referència, les obligacions dels beneficiaris són les indicades en l'annex II d'aquesta resolució.</em></span></span></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><em><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><em>4.
