![CDATA[Modificació decret organitzatiu dels serveis administratius de l'Ajuntament de Manacor]] CAIB 496458 2021-10-23 42245 text/html 654468 610 42250 CAIB CAIB 2021-10-21 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La batlia presidència a data 18 d'octubre de 2021, inscripció 3509/2021, ha dictat la resolució que seguidament es transcriu:</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">«DECRET DE MODIFICACIÓ DEL DECRET ORGANITZATIU DELS SERVEIS ADMINISTRATIUS DE <span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"> </span>L'AJUNTAMENT DE MANACOR</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedents</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Avaluada la conveniència i oportunitat de modificar i actualitzar el vigent decret organitzatiu en el qual s'estructuren les diferents àrees de gestió de l'Ajuntament de Manacor, així com les diverses competències que exerceixen, per tal d'assolir un millor funcionament dels serveis municipals, i</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Fent ús de les atribucions que em confereix l'article 41.2 del Reial decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals,</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">RESOLC</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Introduir en el Decret organitzatiu dels serveis administratius de l'Ajuntament de Manacor, (aprovat per Decret de batlia núm. 2025/2019, de data 21 de juny de 2019, i publicat en el BOIB núm. 87, de data 2 de juliol de 2019), els canvis següents:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.1: En l'apartat primer reanomenar les àrees 2, 4 i 5, en el sentit següent:&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- L'àrea d'Urbanisme i Habitatge passa a nomenar-se d'Urbanisme, Habitatge i Activitats.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- L'àrea d'Activitats i Serveis Generals passa a nomenar-se de Serveis Generals i Comunicació.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- L'àrea d'Economia, Hisenda i Promoció passa a nomenar-se de Promoció Econòmica.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.2: En l'apartat de competències específiques de l'Àrea de Batlia i Interior:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; Aprovar el text consolidat del Decret organitzatiu que queda redactat de la forma següent:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>PRIMER-</strong> Crear i configurar en l'Ajuntament de Manacor, les Àrees de gestió o serveis que a continuació s'especifiquen, amb les competències i mitjans que per cada una es determinen, sota la direcció del batle:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Àrea de Batlia i Interior&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Àrea d'Urbanisme, Habitatge i Activitats</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Àrea de Medi Ambient i Mobilitat&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Àrea de Serveis Generals i Comunicació</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. Àrea de Promoció Econòmica</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6. Àrea de Polítiques Transversals&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">7. Àrea d'Educació, Cultura i Esports&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La titularitat de les àrees abans descrites correspon al batle i als tinents de batle que exerceixin les competències que se'ls hi atribueixin mitjançant l'oportú Decret de Batlia de delegació genèrica.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Així mateix, podran ser objecte de delegacions específiques en els regidors que no formin part de la Junta de Govern Local l'atribució de la responsabilitat en la direcció i gestió dels serveis que es determinin mitjançant l'oportú Decret de Batlia de delegació especial.</span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Les atribucions de cada Àrea són, genèricament, les relatives al sector de l'activitat administrativa pròpia d'aquesta àrea de gestió municipal que la legislació vigent assigna als municipis.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">A més d'aquestes atribucions generals, a cada Àrea li correspon a títol indicatiu i no limitatiu, l'exercici de les competències específiques sobre les següents matèries.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La relació de competències específiques assenyalada a cada Àrea podrà ser ampliada i completada mitjançant l'oportú Decret de Batlia de desenvolupament, que també podrà detallar el contingut i la forma de l'exercici d'aquestes atribucions.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. font-size:12px">Sense perjudici del règim d'adscripció descrita, correspon a l'Àrea de Batlia, la coordinació de les diferents àrees de govern municipal</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
