CAIB 654458 495733 2021-10-23 2021-10-23 text/html 42200 2021-10-21 ![CDATA[Acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca de 9 de setembre de 2021 de modificació de la plantilla del personal de l’Institut Mallorquí d’Afers Socials corresponent a l’any 2021 (Expedient administratiu núm. 4/2021)]] CAIB CAIB 470 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Ple del Consell de Mallorca, en data 9 de setembre de 2021, aprovà inicialment la proposta d'acord del President de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, de modificació de la Plantilla del personal del IMAS corresponent a l'any 2021 (Expedient administratiu núm. 4/2021), que fou exposada al públic durant quinze dies hàbils, mitjançant anunci publicat en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 129, de 18 de setembre de 2021, en relació a la modificació de la Relació de llocs de feina de l'IMAS (Expedients administratius núm. 6/2021 i 7/2021), aprovada la Relació de llocs de feina mitjançant Acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca de dia 9 de setembre de 2021 i publicat l'Acord al BOIB núm. 129, de 18 de setembre. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El text de la proposta d'acord de la modificació de la plantilla és el següent:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>«Proposta d'acord</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Primer. Aquest acord aprovatori serà considerat com a definitiu si no es produeixen reclamacions en contra durant el termini d'exposició pública de 15 dies hàbils comptadors de l'endemà de la data d'inserció d'aquest anunci al Butlletí Oficial de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 112.3 de la llei 7/85, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de Règim Local, i també a l'art. 169 del Text refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals.»</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Transcorregut el termini d'exposició pública sense que s'hagi presentat cap reclamació, s'entén aprovat definitivament l'acord anterior, segons preveu l'article 112 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de Règim Local, i l'article 169 del Reial Decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra aquest acord d'aprovació definitiva, que exhaureix la via administrativa, els interessats legitimats a què es refereix l'article 170.1 del Reial Decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, poden interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent de la publicació d'aquest acord. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.
