    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El regidor de l'Àrea d'Hisenda, Innovació i Funció Pública, per resolució número 19.412 de 14 d'octubre de 2021, va acordar el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.Nomenar funcionaris en pràctiques per a la realització del setè exercici teòric-pràctic, obligatori i eliminatori, amb una durada de 660 hores, a les persones que es relacionen en aquest punt,&amp;nbsp; les quals no han estat eliminades a cap de les proves i que han obtingut major puntuació del procés selectiu per cobrir set places vacants de bomber/a conductor/a, vacants a la plantilla de funcionaris d'aquest Ajuntament pertanyents a l'Escala l'Administració Especial, subescala serveis especials, classe b) servei contra incendis i salvament. grup C, subgrup C1, dotades pressupostàriament i corresponents a les ofertes públiques d'ocupació dels exercicis 2018 i 2019. Tota vegada que reuneixen els requisits exigits a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Nomenar amb caràcter interí les persones que es relacionen en aquest punt,&amp;nbsp; les quals no han estat eliminades a cap de les proves i que han obtingut major puntuació del procés selectiu per cobrir set places vacants de bomber/a conductor/a, vacants a la plantilla de funcionaris d'aquest Ajuntament pertanyents a l'Escala l'Administració Especial, subescala serveis especials, classe b) servei contra incendis i salvament. grup C, subgrup C1, dotades pressupostàriament i corresponents a les ofertes&amp;nbsp; públiques d'ocupació dels exercicis 2018 i 2019. Tota vegada que han realitzat el curs de Formació Bàsica de bomber/a expedit, homologat o convalidat per l'EBAP i que reuneixen tots els requisits exigits a la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Els efectes dels&amp;nbsp; nomenaments&amp;nbsp; del punt 1 i punt 2 d'aquest decret serà a partir del dia 18 d'octubre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Notificar a les persones interessades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Publicar al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l'ha dictada, conformement el que disposa l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. El termini per interposar-lo és d'un mes comptat des de l'endemà de rebre la present notificació. En aquest cas no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que s'hagi resolt el de reposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El recurs de reposició potestatiu s'ha de presentar al registre general d'aquest Ajuntament o a les dependències a què es refereix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d'octubre, abans esmentada, i es considerarà desestimat quan no s'hagi resolt ni notificat la resolució, en el termini d'un mes, comptat des de l'endemà de la seva interposició. En aquest cas queda expedita la via contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no s'utilitza el recurs potestatiu de reposició, es pot interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, conformement al que estableix l'article esmentat anteriorment, i els 45 i següents de la llei 29/98, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos comptats des de l'endemà de rebre la present notificació. Això sense perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs o acció que es consideri convenient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
