&lt;p style="margin-bottom:5,0000pt; margin-top:5,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:11,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:11,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;em&gt;El 29 de juny i el 2 d'agost de 2021 es varen publicar a la web del Fogaiba dues notificacions de deficiències on s'emplaçava a les persones interessades a esmenar els seus expedients en el termini de deu dies. Transcorregut el termini sense que s'hagin presentat al·legacions correspon donar per desistides les sol·licituds, finalitzar el procediment i arxivar els expedients.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:5,0000pt; margin-top:5,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:11,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:11,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Atès tot això, es proposa el desistiment de les ajudes als beneficiaris que s'indiquen en l'annex d'aquesta resolució.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
