40565 ca 40564 2021-10-12 2021-10-12 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Mitjançant Resolució de Batlia núm. 2021/1978,&nbsp; de data 7.10.2021, s'ha aprovat la relació d'aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu per a l'accés com a personal funcionari de carrera de l'ajuntament d'Alcúdia, amb major puntuació, de dues places de tècnic d'administració general, mitjançant concurs-oposició, la qual a continuació es transcriu:</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><span style="line-height:115%">“DECRET DE BATLIA</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Atès que mitjançant Decret de Batlia 1201/2020, de data núm. de 1.07.2020, es va aprovar la convocatòria i les bases reguladores del procediment selectiu per a l'accés com a personal funcionari de carrera de l'ajuntament d'Alcúdia, pel torn lliure, de dues places de tècnic d'administració general, mitjançant concurs-oposició i la creació d'una borsa de treball de personal interí de la subescala tècnica de l'escala d'administració general de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia. Aquesta convocatòria i les bases es varen publicar al BOIB núm. 122 de 11.07.2020. Igualment, es va anunciar la convocatòria al BOE núm. 198, de dia 21.07.2020.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Atès que mitjançant Resolució d'aquesta batlia núm. 2068/2020 de data 6 de novembre de 2020 es varen resoldre els recursos interposats&nbsp; i es va procedir a la modificació de les bases de la convocatòria, i a obrir un nou termini de presentació de sol·licituds. Dita resolució, amb la modificació de les bases de la convocatòria, fou publicada al BOIB 194/2020, de 12 de novembre i en data 17 de novembre de 2.020, es va publicar al BOE núm. 302/2020, l'anunci de la modificació de les bases i d'obertura d'un nou termini de presentació d'instàncies.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds de participació en el procediment selectiu, d'acord amb les bases que regeixen la present convocatòria, mitjançant Resolució de batlia núm. 2021/357, de data 23.02.2021, es va aprovar el llistat definitiu d'admesos i exclosos al procediment selectiu.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Una vegada desenvolupat el procediment selectiu, vista la proposta definitiva de la relació d'aspirants que han superat el procediment selectiu formulades en data 23.09.2021 i 5.10.2021 pel Tribunal Qualificador del concurs-oposició, les quals s'accepten en la seva integritat.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Per això i fent ús de les atribucions que em confereixen l'apartat h) de l'article 21.1 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local,</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
