    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Segons el que estableix l'article 24.1 lletra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt; i)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; dels Estatuts de la Fundació Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 202, d'1 de desembre 2020), correspon al gerent desenvolupar la política de personal, segons les directrius del Patronat, i promoure els procediments de selecció i promoció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En data 3 de setembre el gerent de la Fundació va resoldre convocar i aprovar les bases per a la confecció de diverses borses de treball per a contractes de naturalesa temporal a la Fundació Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 120, de 4 de setembre de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Atesa la necessitat de modificar les Bases per tal d'afegir la presència de suplents al Tribunal, per adequar el temari de les audicions d'arpa i trompeta, i per tal d'afegir un punt a les bases relativa a l'accés a l'ocupació pública per part de persones amb discapacitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar la modificació de les bases i temari per a la confecció de diverses borses de treball per a contractes de naturalesa temporal a la Fundació Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears en el següent sentit:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.1 Modificació de les causes d'exclusió a la Base Quarta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;On diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“A banda de la sol.licitud, s'haurà de presentar obligatòriament, essent causa d'exclusió la no presentación, la següent documentació:”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Vocals: concertino, concertino associat, solista de Violí II, ajuda de solista de Violí II, solista de viola, solista de violoncel, solista de contrabaix, i solistes de cada una de les seccions de fusta, trompa, metalls i percussió, i tres músics no solistes triats per sorteig. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Secretari (sense vot): Cristina Martínez Mateu, cap de producció. Com a suplent, Mar Furió Terrassa, oficial de producció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els representants del comitè d'empresa podran assistir tant a les proves com a les deliberacions en qualitat d'observadors, però no podran intervenir en els debats ni en les deliberacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Tribunal no es podrà constituir ni actuar sense l'assistència del president, el secretari i sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents, indistintament. Les decisions s'adoptaran per majoria simple, actuant el secretari, sense vot. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Tribunal queda facultat per resoldre els dubtes o les incidències que es presentin i prendre els acords necessaris pel que fa a la interpretació de les bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Alhora de la publicació de la llista definitiva d'admesos i exclosos, es publicarà la identificació nominal dels membres titulars, i els suplents corresponents, del Tribunal qualificador. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'abstenció i la recusació dels membres del Tribunal es farà efectiva d'acord amb el que disposen els articles corresponents de la normativa de règim jurídic del sector públic.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En suplència dels solistes, intervindràn els ajuda de solista respectius. &lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Secretari (sense vot): Cristina Martínez Mateu, cap de producció. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Tenir interès personal en l'assumpte de què es tracti o en un altre en la resolució del qual pogués influir la d'aquell; ser administrador de societat o entitat interessada, o tenir qüestió litigiosa pendent amb algun interessat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Tenir un vincle matrimonial o situació de fet assimilable i el parentiu de consanguinitat dins del quart grau o d'afinitat dins del segon, amb qualsevol dels interessats, amb els administradors d'entitats o societats interessades i també amb els assessors, representants legals o mandataris que intervinguin en el procediment, així com compartir despatx professional o estar associat amb aquests per a l'assessorament, la representació o el mandat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Tenir amistat íntima o enemistat manifesta amb alguna de les persones esmentades en l'apartat anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Haver intervingut com a perit o com a testimoni en el procediment de què es tracti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Tenir relació de servei amb persona natural o jurídica interessada directament en l'assumpte, o haver-li prestat en els dos últims anys serveis professionals de qualsevol tipus i en qualsevol circumstància o lloc.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.3 Modificació del procediment de les audicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

No obstant això, se'ls ha d'oferir també llocs de treball, quan els correspongui per la puntuació obtinguda en el procés. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Per gestionar millor la reserva per a persones amb discapacitat de les borses convocades, i amb independència que formin part de la borsa general, s'ha de constituir una llista pel torn específic de persones amb discapacitat, per ordre de prelació."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
