    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En relació amb l'assumpte de referència, i d'acord amb l'establert &lt;/span&gt;a&lt;span style="color:#ce181e"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;article 24.3 del RDL 1/2016, de 16 de desembre, pel que s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de prevenció i control integrats de la contaminació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, es publica l'Acord del Ple de la CMAIB, en sessió de 22 de juliol de 2021,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ATÈS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Que el GAS Y ELECTRICIDAD GENERACIÓN S.A.U. ha sol·licitat una modificació de l'autorització ambiental integrada de la CT d'Alcúdia consistent en el desviament d'aigües pluvials internes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Que la documentació aportada justifica que es tracta d'una modificació no substancial, en compliment de l'art. 14 del RD 815/2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Que els informes rebuts dels òrgans i entitats consultats són favorables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#808080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'aportació al torrent de les aigües superficials de l'abocador de Biniatria suposa la recuperació d'una part del cabal que abans de la construcció de l'abocador alimentava l'albufera. Aquestes aigües seran abocades al torrent sempre que es compleixin els VLE establerts a l'AAI, en cas contrari seran tractades com a lixiviats. En matèria d'atmosfera i de residus no s'han de modificar les prescripcions de l'AAI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#808080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ACORDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Primer: Atorgar la modificació no substancial de l'autorització ambiental integrada de la CT d'Alcúdia, promoguda per GAS Y ELECTRICIDAD GENERACIÓN S.A.U., consistent en el desviament d'aigües pluvials internes amb les condicions d'explotació, capacitat i processos indicats al projecte presentat per GESA S.A.U. signat per l'enginyera de Camins Canals i Ports Gemma Llamazares Juárez en data 5 d'octubre de 2018 amb visat pel Col·legi d'Enginyers de Camins, Canals i Ports de les Illes Balears i amb subjecció a les següents condicions i/o modificacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A l'apartat 2 del punt 7.6.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;on diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Zona 2: les pluvials internes de les zones clausurades, es recolliran per gravetat mitjançant canaletes, baixants i canonades que les conduiran als col·lectors perimetrals, per la qual cosa el projecte preveu un pendent mínim de les superfícies clausurades del 2%. Les pluvials s'abocaran directament al Torrent Oest (sortida). El control analític es farà al PC 12, per a les cel·les 1 i 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En els sectors amb canvis bruscs de pendent es preveu la instal·lació d'arquetes amb areners que serviran per a la retenció de sediments i com a punts addicionals de control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Zona 2: les pluvials internes de les zones clausurades, es recolliran per gravetat mitjançant canaletes, baixants i canonades que les conduiran als&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Comprovar que les obres no representen cap canvi d'ubicació dels quatre equips de mesura de partícules sedimentables existent a l'abocador de Biniatria i notificar-ho al Servei de Canvi Climàtic i Atmosfera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per a la connexió de les aig¨ües pluvials de les zones corresponents als vasos 3, 4 i 5 es requerirà que aquestes es trobin segellades i que la resolució d'aprovació de la seva clausura s'hagi emès per l'òrgan competent en la matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer:&lt;/strong&gt; La present autorització s'atorga sense perjudici de la resta d'autoritzacions i llicències que resultin exigibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
