    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;D'acord amb el Decret 99/1997, d'11 de juliol, pel qual es regula el procediment administratiu aplicable a la tramitació de les instal·lacions elèctriques de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, modificat pel Decret 36/2003, d'11 d'abril; amb els articles 54, 55 i 56 de la Llei 24/2013, de 26 de desembre, del sector elèctric, i l'article 144 del Reial decret 1955/2000, d'1 de desembre, a més de la Llei de 16 de desembre de 1954 d'expropiació forçosa i el seu reglament, que són d'aplicació supletòria, se sotmet a informació pública la sol·licitud d'autorització administrativa i declaració, en concret, d'utilitat pública de la instal·lació elèctrica que es detalla a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a) Expedient: 2020/22786 – UP 1/2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b) Denominació dels projectes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Nueva red de baja tensión en C/Puig des Teix (Son Ameteller fase 4). &lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Ampliación de trafo CT 14676 «Bestard Bauza». Redactat pel tècnic Sr. JORDI MASRAMON PUIGDOMÈNECH (núm col·legiat 24098 del Col·legi d'Enginyers Graduats i Enginyers Tècnics Industrials de Barcelona) amb núm. de visat 2019914083 del 07/10/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c) Finalitat de la instal·lació: Atendre la sol·licitud PS 56915-1 de ENDESA DISTRIBUCION ELÉCTRICA, SLU per 12 vivendes unifamiliars, un pou i un armari destinat a enllumenat public ubicades al nou vial denominat «Puig des Teix» del nucli rural «Son Ametller 4» del TM de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;d) Dades tècniques: Nou tram de línia subterrània de baixa tensió (LSBT) a 400 V amb inici al CT aeri 14676 «Bestard Bauza» que discorre canalitzada per terrenys de domini públic i privat, calçada i terra per vials existents en el TM de Marratxí. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La longitud total del nou tram de LSBT es de 530 m. El nou tram començarà al quadre de baixa tensió del CT aeri 14676 i finalitza a les diferents CDU. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Substitució del transformador existent de 50 kVA a dit CT per un nou de 100 kVA i relació de transformació de 15/0,38 kV.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;e) Pressupost total: 56.500,69 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La declaració, en concret, d'utilitat pública, d'acord amb l'article 56.1 de la Llei 24/2013 i l'article 149 del Reial decret 1955/2000, du implícita en tot cas la necessitat d'ocupació dels béns o de l'adquisició dels drets i n'implica la urgent ocupació a l'efecte de l'article 52 de la Llei d'expropiació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;L'article 12 del Decret 99/1997 estableix el procediment d'autorització i posada en servei dels expedients elèctrics amb expropiació i determina que s'ha de seguir el procediment d'ocupació urgent dels terrenys, previst en la Llei 24/2013 i en el Reial decret 1955/2000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En l'expedient d'expropiació l'entitat peticionària de la instal·lació assumeix la condició d'entitat beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Tot això es fa públic per a coneixement general i especialment dels propietaris i la resta d'afectats per l'execució de les obres, la llista dels quals s'adjunta al final d'aquest anunci, perquè qualsevol persona interessada pugui examinar el projecte de la instal·lació a la Direcció General d'Energia i Canvi Climàtic de la Conselleria de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat al C/ Gremi de Corredors, 10 (Polígon Son Rossinyol) - 07009 Palma de Mallorca i formular, en el termini de 30 dies comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquest anunci, les al·legacions que consideri pertinents, incloses les que siguin procedents d'acord amb l'article 161 del Reial decret 1955/2000, així com aportar per escrit les dades oportunes per a corregir possibles errors en la llista indicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
