&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El 13 de setembre de 2021, el Patronat de la Fundació Mallorca Turisme, va aprovar per unanimitat les bases per a la creació d'una borsa de treball de places de tècnic de comunicació, màrqueting i audiovisuals per a la Fundació Mallorca Turisme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Aprovar les bases reguladores que han de regir el procediment selectiu per&amp;nbsp; a la constitució d'una borsa de treball de places de Tècnic/a en comunicació, màrqueting i audiovisuals a la Fundació Mallorca Turismes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Publicar aquesta Resolució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Interposició de recursos Contra aquesta Resolució que no exhaureix la via administrativa es pot interposar recurs d'alçada davant del President de la Fundació Mallorca Turisme, en el termini d'un mes, a partir de l'endemà al de la publicació de la present Resolució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa del recurs d'alçada es pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos, a partir de l'endemà de la recepció de la notificació de la desestimació de l'esmentat recurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Transcorreguts tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs sense que s'hagi notificat la resolució, es pot interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu, contra la desestimació presumpta del recurs d'alçada, temporal sense limitació, mentre no hi hagi resolució expressa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;No obstant això, es pot interposar, en el seu cas, qualsevol altre recurs que s'estimi pertinent. Tot això, de conformitat amb el que s'estableix en la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa i la llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Primera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Objecte de la convocatòria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.1. L'objecte de la present convocatòria és la selecció, mitjançant concurs, de personal laboral temporal de places de Tècnic/a en comunicació, màrqueting i audiovisuals. És per això que la present convocatòria té caràcter extraordinari.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.2. La borsa de treball tindrà per objecte la cobertura de les circumstàncies que permeten la contractació de personal laboral temporal per part de la Fundació d'acord amb els articles 11 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic (en endavant TREBEP) i 18 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de les Illes Balears (d'ara endavant LFPIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regeix per les presents bases i per la normativa vigent en matèria de Funció Pública. I en concret per la Llei 7/1985, Reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local, Llei 20/2006, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, el RDL 5/2015, pel que s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic (TREBEP),&amp;nbsp; el RDL 781/1986, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de les disposicions vigents en matèria de Règim Local, la Llei 3/2007, de la Funció Pública de les Illes Balears i la resta de normativa d'aplicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;1.3. La pertinença a la borsa de feina no implica, per si mateixa, cap mena de dret a la formalització de cap contracte. Únicament es garanteix que quan la Fundació consideri la cobertura urgent d'una plaça, s'apliqui el procediment establert en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.4. Aquesta borsa de feina tindrà una vigència de 3 anys.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.5.- Característiques de la plaça objecte de la convocatòria: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Denominació: Tècnic/a en comunicació, màrqueting i audiovisuals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Grup: A1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Naturalesa: Laboral &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Funcions generals: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;ul&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Organitzar i/o assistir a actes, mercats, fires, jornades i altres esdeveniments de naturalesa similar nacionals i internacionals vinculats amb el seu àmbit de competència de la Mallorca Film Commission (MFC). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Assessorar, informar i donar suport a les produccions audiovisuals que es realitzin a Mallorca i totes les tasques que se'n derivin.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Elaborar informes, plans d'acció, estadístiques, bases de dades, estudis d'impacte i altres documents de naturalesa similar etc. vinculats amb el seu àmbit de competència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Establir coordinacions amb diferents nivells de l'Administració així com amb associacions, organitzacions empreses i altres entitats del sector privat i públic per a l'impuls de les produccions audiovisuals a Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Promocionar Mallorca com a localització per a la realització de produccions audiovisuals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Dissenyar material promocional (cartelleria,&amp;nbsp;anuncis,&amp;nbsp;fulletons, vídeos, etc.) i realitzar la promoció i difusió del mateix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Gestionar el contingut de les pàgines web de la MFC així com gestionar els perfils,&amp;nbsp;xarxes&amp;nbsp;socials MFC (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Redactar i publicar notes de&amp;nbsp;premsa de la MFC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Realitzar el seguiment i gestió dels contractes externs vinculats al seu àmbit de competència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Redactar bases de convocatòries de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Altres funcions de naturalesa similar que li siguin encomanades per un superior jeràrquic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Jornada: ordinària (37,5 hores) en horari de matí&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Segona. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Requisits de les persones aspirants &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;2.1. Per poder prendre part en el procés les persones aspirants hauran de complir els següents requisits generals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o la de qualsevol altre estat membre de la Unió Europea o la de qualsevol altre estat amb qui s'hagi subscrit per la Unió Europea i ratificat per Espanya un tractat internacional que reconegui als seus nacionals la lliure circulació dels treballadors. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;També seran admesos el cònjuge, i els descendents, tant dels espanyols com d'algun dels nacionals esmentats, sempre que els cònjuges no estiguin separats de dret i els descendents siguin menors de 21 anys o majors que convisquin i estiguin a càrrec dels progenitors. Les circumstàncies de parentiu, vincle&amp;nbsp; i convivència hauran de ser degudament acreditades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;En qualsevol cas, els/les aspirants que no tinguin la nacionalitat espanyola han d'acreditar documentalment la seva nacionalitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;b) Tenir 16 anys complerts i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;c) Tenir la capacitat funcional per al desenvolupament de les tasques. L'acreditació de la compatibilitat funcional i de la condició de persona amb discapacitat s'ajustarà a la normativa vigent i en concret a les disposicions recollides al Decret 36/2004, de 16 d'abril, pel qual es regula l'accés, la promoció interna i la provisió de llocs de treball de persones amb discapacitat a la Funció Pública de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;d) No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les Administracions Públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les Comunitats Autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que exercien en el cas del personal laboral, en què hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, al seu Estat, en els mateixos termes l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;e) No trobar-se en cap supòsit d'incompatibilitat establert en la Llei 53/1984 de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques o comprometre's en seu cas, a exercir l'opció recollida en l'article 10 de l'esmentada norma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;2.2. Les persones aspirants també hauran de complir els següents requisits específics:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) Estar en possessió del títol de llicenciat/graduat universitari en Comunicació audiovisual, Comunicació, Imatge i So, o Cinema, o titulació oficial equivalent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;En el cas de titulacions expedides a l'estranger, cal aportar la corresponent credencial d'homologació o reconeixement del Ministeri d'Educació i Formació Professional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;b) Acreditar els coneixements de llengua catalana corresponents al nivell B2, mitjançant certificat, diploma, títol o equivalent. En cas que no es pugui acreditar es podrà realitzar una prova de nivell de català. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;c) Estar en possessió del títol de coneixements d'anglès nivell B2. En cas que no es pugui acreditar es podrà realitzar una prova de nivell amb el suport de l'Escola Oficial d'Idiomes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;d) Haver satisfet la taxa que dona dret a la borsa de feina. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;2.3. El compliment de les condicions i requisits per poder participar en el present procés selectiu s'ha de produir en la data d'acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i mantenir-se fins a la data de formalització del contracte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Tercera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Presentació de sol·licituds &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;3.1. De conformitat amb la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques les sol·licituds s'hauran de presentar per mitjans electrònics, a través de la seu electrònica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt; https://fundaciomallorcaturisme.sedelectronica.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt; mitjançant el tràmit de selecció de Tècnic/a en comunicació, màrqueting i audiovisuals.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;3.2. També es podrà presentar en el Registre Electrònic de qualsevol de les Administracions públiques relacionades a l'article 2.1 de la Llei 39/2015, de l'1 d'octubre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;3.3. El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà de vint dies naturals comptats a partir de l'endemà hàbil a les 9 hores del dematí de la darrera publicació de l'anunci de la convocatòria al BOIB. Si el darrer dia de presentació de sol·licituds fos inhàbil, el termini acabarà el primer dia hàbil següent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;En el cas que les sol·licituds es presentin presencialment caldrà enviar un correu electrònic a l'adreça&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt; info@fundaciomallorcaturisme.net&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt; amb una còpia de la instància presentada on consti la data. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;3.4. Els i les aspirants hauran d'aportar amb la sol·licitud de participació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;a) Fotocòpia original del DNI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;b) Declaració responsable en la qual confirmin que reuneixen totes i cada una de les condicions assenyalades a la base segona de la convocatòria i que accepten les presents bases d'acord amb l'Annex I d'aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;c) Fotocòpia de cada un dels documents acreditatius del compliment dels requisits que donen accés a la present convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;d) Currículum dels mèrits que s'al·leguin d'acord amb el model de l'Annex II de les presents bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;e) Fotocòpia de cada un dels documents acreditatius dels mèrits relacionats al currículum de mèrits i al model d'Annex IV de les presents bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;f) Justificant d'haver satisfet la taxa la qual té un preu de 27,57€ (d'acord amb l'Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per al servei de selecció de personal en l'àmbit del Consell de Mallorca i dels seus organismes autònoms). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;S'entén que formen part d'una família monoparental els supòsits de separació matrimonial o quan no hi hagi vincle matrimonial, la formada per una de sola de les persones progenitores i tots els fills menors d'edat que hi conviuen. També en formen part els fills majors d'edat impossibilitats judicialment subjectes a pàtria potestat prorrogada o rehabilitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Les persones beneficiàries hauran d'adjuntar a la sol·licitud l'acreditació documental de complir amb algun dels requeriments anteriorment establerts. En el cas de les famílies monoparentals hauran d'adjuntar a la sol·licitud una declaració responsable que demostri la situació de convivència i de càrrega econòmica exclusiva dels fills a càrrec seu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;3.5. A partir de la convocatòria al BOIB, tots els anuncis successius es faran al tauler d'anuncis de la Fundació Mallorca Turisme i a la pàgina web de la Fundació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Quarta.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Admissió d'aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;4.1. Una vegada finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, l'òrgan competent dictarà resolució en la qual aprovarà provisionalment la llista de persones admeses i excloses, amb indicació, en el seu cas, dels motius d'exclusió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;4.2. Les persones candidates disposaran d'un termini de 10 dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses per formular les al·legacions que considerin. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.3. Resoltes les al·legacions es procedirà a l'aprovació definitiva de la llista de persones admeses i excloses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.4. Als efectes d'admissió es tindran en compte les dades que les persones aspirants hagin fet constar a la sol·licitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Cinquena.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;5.1. El tribunal qualificador s'ajustarà al que disposa l'article 60 del TREBEP. La seva composició serà estrictament tècnica, ajustada als principis d'imparcialitat i professionalitat dels seus membres i tendirà, en la mesura de lo possible, a la paritat entre dones i homes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;5.2. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Per a cada un dels membres es designarà també un suplent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Alternativament, pot actuar com a secretari/a del Tribunal un dels vocals designats per al Tribunal qualificador; en aquest cas, aquest tindrà dret a veu i vot, en la seva condició de membre del tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;5.3. El tribunal no podrà constituir-se sense l'assistència almenys de 3 membres amb veu i vot, titulars o suplents,&amp;nbsp; ni podrà actuar sense la presència, al menys, del president/a i del secretari/a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;5.4. Podran assistir, en qualitat d'observadors, els representants sindicals de les organitzacions sindicals més representatives per a les funcions de vigilància i vetlla del bon desenvolupament del procés. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.5. L'abstenció i recusació dels membres del tribunal s'ha d'ajustar al que preveuen els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.6. El tribunal està facultat per resoldre els dubtes o les discrepàncies que s'originin durant el desenvolupament del procés de selecció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.7. En cas d'empat, el vot del president/a serà de qualitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.8. El tribunal adoptarà les mesures necessàries per garantir que no es conegui la identitat de les persones aspirants en aquells exercicis que tinguin caràcter escrit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Sisena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El sistema de selecció serà el de concurs. Consistirà en la valoració de mèrits al·legats i acreditats documentalment per les persones aspirants i en la realització d'una avaluació competencial. La puntuació màxima serà de 50 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;El tribunal no tindrà en compte aquells mèrits que no hagin estat degudament al·legats i acreditats dins els termini de presentació dels mateixos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;6.2.1. Experiència professional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Fins a un màxim de 20 punts.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Es valorarà l'experiència en el desenvolupament de al menys 5 funcions similars o anàlogues en quant al contingut professional i nivell a les assignades a la plaça objecte de la convocatòria.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;L'experiència s'haurà d'acreditar de la següent forma: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;L'experiència professional a l'empresa privada o com a persona treballadora autònom s'ha d'acreditar amb informe de vida laboral i a més mitjançant còpia del contracte laboral o en el seu cas, altra documentació acreditativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;6.2.2. Formació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Fins a un màxim de 15 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Es valorarà la formació diferent i/o addicional a l'exigida per prendre part en la present convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;6.2.2.1. Formació reglada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Fins a un màxim de 8 punts.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;a. Estar en possessió d'un títol de llicenciat/ada o graduat vinculat amb les funcions de la plaça objecte de la convocatòria. 4 punts.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;b. Estar en possessió d'un títol de màster universitari vinculat amb les amb les funcions de la plaça objecte de la convocatòria. 3 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;c. Estar en possessió d'un títol de postgrau universitari vinculat amb les amb les funcions de la plaça objecte de la convocatòria. 2 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;No es valorarà el títol de llicenciat/graduat quan aquest sigui el que permet prendre part en la present convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es valorarà també haver impartir cursos, jornades o seminaris de formació i perfeccionament relacionats amb les funcions específiques de la plaça a cobrir es valorarà a raó de 0,05 punts per cada hora impartida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;En cas d'acreditació insuficient o de dubtes sobre el contingut i abast de determinats mèrits el tribunal podrà requerir-ne l'esmena en un termini màxim de 5 dies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;6.2.3. Avaluació competencial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Consistirà en la superació d'una entrevista conductual. Només seran convocades les 10 persones aspirants que hagin obtingut una major puntuació en la suma dels apartats 6.2.1. i 6.2.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;La puntuació màxima de la prova serà de 15 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Aquesta entrevista conductual versarà sobre la comprovació de les condicions específiques en el desenvolupament de les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada i en el perfil competencial exigit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Les competències a avaluar seran les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Per al desenvolupament de la prova el Tribunal podrà comptar amb el suport de personal extern especialitzat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Setena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Puntuació final&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;7.1. La puntuació definitiva del procés selectiu serà el resultat de sumar les puntuacions obtingudes en la valoració dels mèrits (concurs) i en l'avaluació competencial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Vuitena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Llista de persones i presentació de documents &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;8.1. Un cop finalitzada la qualificació de les persones aspirants es publicarà la relació de persones per ordre de puntuació final. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;8.2. Les persones aspirants proposades hauran de presentar a la Fundació, dins del termini de 20 dies hàbils a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista de persones aspirants i sense requeriment previ, els documents acreditatius de les condicions de capacitat i del compliment dels requisits exigits a la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Novena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Creació i funcionament de la Borsa de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;9.1. Les persones aspirants que hagin superat el procés selectiu podran ser cridades per la Fundació d'acord amb l'ordre rigorós de qualificació, per a la seva contractació com a personal laboral temporal en el termini de tres anys, a comptar des de la data de finalització del procés selectiu, sempre i quan es trobin disponibles i reuneixin la resta de requisits en la data prevista per a l'inici del contracte i procedeixi legalment conforme a la normativa vigent en cada moment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;9.2. La Fundació intentarà comunicar-se un màxim de tres vegades amb la persona aspirant mitjançant mitjans telemàtics: trucada telefònica, videotrucada, correu electrònic, sms, etc. Entre cada intent hauran de passar com a mínim 3 hores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Si la persona no respongués en un termini màxim de tres dies hàbils, aquesta passaria a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa de treball&amp;nbsp; i la Fundació iniciaria les comunicacions amb el o la següent aspirant de la borsa. Tots els intents de comunicació per part de la Fundació quedaran registrats a l'expedient pertinent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;9.3. Si la persona cridada respongués a la comunicació iniciada per la Fundació aquesta li atorgaria un període màxim de dos dies hàbils per manifestar la seva conformitat o renuncia al contracte. Si en aquest termini no manifesta la conformitat, renuncia expressament al nomenament, no respon al telèfon de contacte que ha facilitat o una altra circumstància que li impedeixi incorporar-s'hi, perdrà el lloc en la llista dels aspirants seleccionats i passarà a ocupar el darrer lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;9.4. La permanència de les persones a aquesta borsa resta supeditada a la disponibilitat per cobrir les vacants que es presentin, s'exceptuen d'aquest supòsit les renúncies per causa justificada. Es consideren causes justificades: patir una malaltia o estar en situació d'incapacitat temporal, estar en període de maternitat o de paternitat, d'adopció o d'acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, incloent-hi el període en què sigui procedent la concessió d'excedència per a cura de fills i filles per qualsevol dels supòsits anteriors, o trobar-se en situació d'incapacitat temporal per motiu d'embaràs, prestar serveis en un lloc de la Relació de llocs de treball de l'Administració Pública, com a personal funcionari interí en un altre cos o en una altra escala o especialitat, o com a personal laboral temporal o indefinit no fix, prestar serveis en un lloc de la Relació de llocs de treball de l'Administració Pública com a personal funcionari de carrera i no poder acollir-se, en aplicació de la normativa, a cap de les situacions administratives legalment establertes que habiliten per a la contractació temporal i estar, en el moment de la crida, exercint funcions sindicals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Aquestes situacions s'hauran de justificar documentalment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;9.5. Aquelles persones que renunciïn al contracte un màxim de 3 vegades per alguna causa diferent a les citades anteriorment, o siguin sancionades per la incoació d'un procediment disciplinari, seran eliminades de la borsa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;9.6. Quan la persona seleccionada d'entre les de la llista cessi es reincorporarà novament a la borsa en el mateix lloc que abans ocupava. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;9.7. En el supòsit de prestacions de servei efectiu a temps parcial, s'oferirà a aquestes persones la possibilitat d'incrementar la seva jornada fins arribar a la jornada ordinària amb anterioritat a que la necessitat d'hores addicionals a la llar d'infants es cobreixi per un/a nou/va integrant de la borsa de treball. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;9.8. Si el responsable del servei on s'adscrigui la persona integrant de la borsa prèviament contractat emet un informe negatiu, relatiu a la manca de capacitat manifestada per un rendiment insuficient que impedeixi realitzar amb eficàcia les funcions atribuïdes al lloc de treball, en donarà trasllat a RRHH, i s'articularà el procediment contradictori corresponent, el qual podrà el finalitzar el contracte temporal i, en el seu cas, l'expulsió de la persona aspirant de la borsa, tot informant, si s'escau, la representació del personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Desena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Període de prova &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;10.1. Formarà part del procés selectiu la superació d'un període de prova de 6 mesos, amb caràcter eliminatori. A tal efecte la Fundació designarà un tutor o tutora que serà la persona responsable de supervisar el treball de l'aspirant. A la finalització del període de prova, el tutor o tutora elevarà al tribunal qualificador un informe valorant si la persona aspirant l'ha superat correctament. En cas contrari seran declarats no aptes per resolució motivada per l'òrgan competent, amb tràmit d'audiència previ, i perdran en conseqüència tots els drets a la contractació,&amp;nbsp; suposant l'expulsió de la borsa de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;10.2. Els/les aspirants que ja haguessin prestat serveis a la Fundació en places de les mateixes característiques, nivell i funcions que les convocades seran eximits/des en tot o en part de la realització del període de prova. L'òrgan competent podrà adoptar aquesta resolució previ informe del cap de la Unitat de destinació de les places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;10.3. Durant el període de prova el personal ha d'assistir als cursos de formació que la Fundació pugui organitzar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Onzena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Incompatibilitats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11.1. Serà d'aplicació la normativa vigent sobre incompatibilitats del sector públic. Abans d'incorporar-se al servei de la Fundació, la persona aspirant haurà d'efectuar una declaració d'activitats i fer constar que no realitza cap altra activitat tal i com delimita la Llei 53/1984 i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. Si realitza alguna activitat privada haurà de declarar-ho abans de la formalització del contracte i si s'escau sol·licitar la compatibilitat amb el formulari que li facilitarà la Fundació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;11.2. Pel que fa a la determinació i adscripció al lloc de treball, règim d'horari i jornada, la persona contractada s'atindrà als acords i resolucions que adoptin els òrgans corresponents de la Fundació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Dotzena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Incidències i recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;12.1. Contra la convocatòria i les presents bases, que exhaureixen la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que les hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. En cas de no interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició es podrà interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, segons l'article abans esmentat i 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;12.2. Els actes qualificats del tribunal qualificador podran ser recorreguts en alçada davant la presidència de la corporació o de l'autoritat en qui hagi delegat en el termini d'un mes des que s'hagin publicat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;12.3. Els actes de tràmit del tribunal qualificador no podran ser objecte de recurs, sense perjudici que es puguin interposar reclamacions quan es tracti d'esmenar possibles errors materials, errors en la transcripció de publicacions, errors aritmètics o errors observables a simple vista. Aquests errors també podran ser corregits d'ofici pels òrgans de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;12.4. El Tribunal està facultat per resoldre els dubtes o discrepàncies que sorgeixin referents a aquestes bases i al desenvolupament del procés selectiu, i per prendre els acords necessaris pel seu bon ordre i desenvolupament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;12.5. En allò no previst en aquestes bases serà d'aplicació el que disposen Llei 7/1985, Reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local, Llei 20/2006, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, el RDL 5/2015, pel que s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic (TREBEP),&amp;nbsp; el RDL 781/1986, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de les disposicions vigents en matèria de Règim Local, la Llei 3/2007, de la Funció Pública de les Illes Balears, RD 364/1995, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament General d'Ingrés del Personal al servei de l'Administració General de l'Estat i de provisió de Llocs de Treball i promoció professional dels funcionaris civils de l'Administració General de l'Estat en els supòsits que sigui d'aplicació, la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques, i la resta de les disposicions vigents en la matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Tretzena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Clàusula de protecció de dades de caràcter personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;13.1 La Fundació tractarà les dades personals de les persones sol·licitants i de les persones seleccionades en aquest procés selectiu, amb la finalitat de gestionar la seva sol·licitud i les actuacions objecte d'aquesta convocatòria, i es sotmet a les obligacions previstes en el Reglament europeu 2016/679, de 27 d'abril, General de Protecció de Dades (RGPD) i la seva adaptació a l'ordenament jurídic espanyol a través de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals, i la resta de normativa complementària. En concret es preveu el tractament de dades de contacte i acadèmics de les persones que participen en l'execució i seguiment dels objectius establerts en aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;13.2. La Fundació realitzarà les tasques necessàries perquè s'acompleixin els principis i deures establerts en la normativa vigent sobre la matèria, per garantir que no hi ha risc per als drets i llibertats dels sol·licitants i dels seleccionats. Aquestes actuacions han d'incloure especialment la garantia de transparència, en compliment dels articles 13 i 14 del RGPD, amb la informació detallada per la corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;13.3. Per a qualsevol consulta o queixa relacionades amb el tractament de les dades personals, els sol·licitants i els seleccionats tenen el dret de contactar amb el delegat de protecció de dades a través de la bústia que la Fundació posa a la seva disposició: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;fmir@conselldemallorca.net&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;13.4. Les dades que les persones seleccionades han facilitat, un cop finalitzat el motiu que n'ha originat la recollida, es conserven seguint les instruccions de gestió documental i d'arxiu de la Fundació. Les dades que les persones&amp;nbsp; sol·licitants han facilitat es conserven durant un màxim de 3 anys a partir de la presentació de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;13.5. Les persones aspirants i les persones seleccionades poden exercir els drets d'accés, rectificació, supressió, limitació, portabilitat o oposició al tractament de les seves dades, en els termes previstos a la legislació vigent, a través de la Seu electrònica de la Fundació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;13.6. Les persones seleccionades tenen l'obligació de respectar la confidencialitat de tota la informació i les dades de caràcter personal que, per qualsevol mitjà, els arribin com a conseqüència de la seva estada a la Fundació, i no desvelar-les ni reproduir-les de cap manera a fora de la Fundació. Aquest deure continua vigent fins i tot un cop finalitzat el període del contracte. Les dades esmentades poden referir-se tant a empleats/des públics, com a usuaris o ciutadans i, en general, a totes aquelles terceres persones que de forma directa o indirecta es posin en contacte amb la Fundació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;13.7. Les persones seleccionades tenen l'obligació de complir amb les polítiques de seguretat, protecció de dades i ús dels sistemes d'informació vigents a la Fundació, així com qualsevol instrucció que, en aquest sentit, se'ls faciliti. A més, han de respectar la confidencialitat de qualsevol fet que hagin observat o que el personal de la Fundació els hagi fet arribar en relació amb el servei o el personal esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
