    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el BOIB núm. 104, de 5 d'agost de 2021, es va publicar el Decret 40/2021, de 2 d'agost, pel qual es crea el Centre de Formació, Innovació i Desenvolupament de la Formació Professional de les Illes Balears. Aquest centre es troba al municipi de Palma i el seu codi és el 07016219.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El primer pla integral de formació professional de les Illes Balears, corresponent als anys 2018-2021 i aprovat per la Mesa de Diàleg Social, ja establia que s'ha de promoure l'actualització tècnica i metodològica dels docents i equips gestors de la formació professional i que és convenient impulsar accions de recerca i formació per tal d'avançar en una oferta integrada de qualitat i ampliar la col·laboració i la coordinació entre la formació professional i el teixit productiu, desenvolupar programes d'internacionalització de la formació professional, adoptar mesures de reforç de les competències digitals i impulsar projectes d'innovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El nou Centre de Formació, Innovació i Desenvolupament de la Formació Professional de les Illes Balears, CFINFP-IB, començarà l'activitat el curs 2021-2022, a les instal·lacions de l'edifici Naorte del ParcBit de Palma, al c. de Blaise Pascal, 3, bloc B, local 8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El personal del Centre de Formació, Innovació i Desenvolupament de la Formació Professional de les Illes Balears ha d'estar integrat per un director, personal assessor de formació professional i personal d'administració i serveis. Els llocs de feina que són de naturalesa docent, s'han de cobrir en règim de comissió de servei. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Com a conseqüència d'això, s'ha de nomenar la persona que ha d'exercir el càrrec de director del nou centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Centre de Formació, Innovació i Desenvolupament de la Formació Professional de les Illes Balears, CFINFP-IB, del municipi de Palma, amb el codi de centre 07016219 i creat pel Decret 40/2021, de 2 d'agost, començarà a desenvolupar l'activitat docent el present curs 2021-2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Objectiu&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aquest centre dependrà de la Direcció General Formació Professional i Ensenyaments Artístics Superiors i es marcarà com a objectiu per als propers cursos escolars desenvolupar un servei de recerca, innovació i suport a la docència dedicat especialment a l'assessorament dels centres educatius sostinguts amb fons públics que imparteixen ensenyaments de formació professional, sempre amb la vocació d'arribar als organismes i empreses per tal de promoure la col·laboració en projectes d'innovació entre aquestes entitats i els centres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Centre de Formació, Innovació i Desenvolupament de la Formació Professional de les Illes Balears té autonomia de gestió econòmica i, per tant, rebrà una dotació per a les despeses de funcionament i, entre aquestes, les que es derivin de la realització de les seves activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
