&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;POR EL PRESENTE HAGO CONSTAR: Que en los autos de PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO nº 0530 /2018 ha recaído Sentencia&amp;nbsp;num.248/21 de fecha 21/04/21, cuyo fallo en los puntos 2 y 3 dispone:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2º) ESTIMAMOS PARCIALMENTE el recurso contencioso administrativo interpuesto por la ASOCIACION DE CLUBS NAUTICOS&amp;nbsp;DE BALEARES y la ASOCIACION DE NAVEGANTES DEL MEDITERRANEO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3º) DECLARAMOS disconformes a Derecho y nulos el punto 1º del art. 13 y los puntos 3º y 4º del art. 7 del Decreto 25/2018 de 27 de julio, sobre la conservación de la Posidonia oceánica en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Concuerda bien y fielmente con su original al que me remito y, para que así conste, extiendo y firmo la presente certificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
