    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Mitjançant la Llei 10/2005, de 21 de juny, de ports de les Illes Balears, es va crear l'ens públic Ports de les Illes Balears, el qual es configura com a entitat pública empresarial, d'acord amb l'article 2.1.&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; de la Llei 7/2010, de 21 de juliol, del sector públic instrumental de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;L'article 33.2 de la Llei 10/2005 estableix que els Estatuts determinen la composició del Consell d'Administració de Ports de les Illes Balears i que en són membres nats el president o presidenta, el vicepresident o vicepresidenta i el director o directora i gerent. Així mateix, assenyala que els membres que es designen com a vocals, en nombre no inferior a dotze ni superior a devuit, són nomenats per acord del Consell de Govern per un període de quatre anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El paràgraf segon de l'article 20.3 de la Llei 7/2010, de 21 de juliol, del sector públic instrumental de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, amb relació als òrgans superiors de direcció dels ens del sector públic, disposa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Ha d'assistir a les sessions, en tasques d'assessorament jurídic dels òrgans directius, amb veu i sense vot, un representat de l'Advocacia de la Comunitat Autònoma, sens perjudici que aquesta pugui delegar les dites funcions en un membre del servei que tengui atribuït l'assessorament jurídic de l'ens.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;D'acord amb l'annex 1 del Decret 11/2021, de 15 de febrer, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, l'ens Ports de les Illes Balears queda adscrit a la Conselleria de Mobilitat i Habitatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Per tot això, el Consell de Govern, a proposta del conseller de Mobilitat i Habitatge, en la sessió de dia 6 de setembre de 2021 adoptà, entre d'altres, l'Acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Disposar el cessament del senyor Lluís J. Segura Ginard com a vocal del Consell d'Administració de Ports de les Illes Balears, el qual ha de continuar, amb l'assistència i participació en aquest òrgan social, com a representant de l'Advocacia de la Comunitat Autònoma, amb veu però sense vot, per designació de la directora d'aquest Departament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;Nomenar el senyor Marcos Serra Colomar vocal i membre del Consell d'Administració de Ports de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;. Determinar que, com a conseqüència d'aquest nomenament, componen el Consell d'Administració de Ports de les Illes Balears els membres següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;President:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Sr. Josep Marí Ribas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
