<p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. NORMATIVA REGULADORA DE LA COMISSIÓ DE SERVEIS</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. L'article 82 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en el qual es regula l'ocupació de llocs de feina en comissió de serveis.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. La Instrucció 1/2021, del president de l'IMAS, de 29 de gener, d'establiment dels criteris generals per a l'ocupació temporal de llocs de feina de l'IMAS per mitjà de comissions de serveis.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per això, i a l'empara de la competència que m'atribueix l'article 7.17 dels Estatuts de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, aprovats per Acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca de dia 11 d'abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019).</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Funcions del lloc de feina</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) Dirigir, coordinar i supervisar amb caràcter general el funcionament del centre, i assumir la responsabilitat en matèria organitzativa, règim general de funcionament, control i supervisió de la qualitat dels serveis i de les condicions de treball del personal.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Integrar la gestió de la prevenció dels riscos laborals al centre.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c) Dirigir totes les sessions multidisciplinàries del centre, delegant en aquelles que consideri necessari</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d) Exercir la direcció i supervisió del personal del centre amb atenció als criteris del Departament de Recursos Humans, incloent el fixar els horaris dels serveis, prèviament negociats amb els representants dels treballadors, vigilant-ne la seva eficàcia i qualitat.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">e) Supervisar la millor adaptació i integració del resident al centre</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">f) Donar assessorament i suport, dins l'àmbit de les seves facultats, als òrgans de participació.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">g) Dirigir, organitzar i avaluar de manera contínua els recursos tant material com econòmics de la residència, procurant la consecució de la seva missió i objectius de manera eficaç en ordre als principis de legalitat, agilitat administrativa i transparència.</span></p>

<p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. REQUISITS DELS ASPIRANTS</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">A aquesta convocatòria es pot presentar el personal funcionari de carrera de l'IMAS, del Consell de Mallorca, d'altres administracions locals i administracions autonòmiques que reuneixi els requisits exigits referents a grup, Escala, Subescala, classe, especialitat, coneixements de llengua catalana i altres requisits del lloc de feina, especificats a la convocatòria.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. EL TERMINI DE PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) El termini per presentar sol·licituds comença l'endemà de la publicació de l'anunci de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i finalitza en un termini de set dies hàbils a comptar de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat l'anunci de la convocatòria en el BOIB.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Les sol·licituds s'han d'ajustar al model que es recull a l'annex d'aquesta convocatòria.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c) La sol·licitud s'ha de presentar en el Registre General de l'IMAS i s'hi ha d'adjuntar el Curriculum-vitae i la documentació acreditativa del compliment dels requisits exigits, mitjançant els documents originals o la fotocòpia compulsada. També es pot presentar en qualsevol de les formes previstes en l'article 46 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre , del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d) No es prendran en consideració les sol·licituds dels aspirants que no reuneixin els requisits exigits per accedir al lloc de feina sol·licitat.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">e) La data de referència per al compliment dels requisits exigits al·legats pels aspirants serà el dia que finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. FORMA D'ACREDITAR</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Acreditació de requisits: A la sol·licitud s'hi han d'adjuntar originals o fotocòpies compulsades dels documents acreditatius de la titulació o titulacions i dels altres requisits que s'exigeixen a les bases de la convocatòria.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. DURADA</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La durada inicial d'aquesta comissió és de dotze mesos, prorrogable a instància de l'òrgan corresponent.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Les publicacions successives a la de la convocatòria en el BOIB es faran en el «Tauler d'anuncis» de la Seu electrònica.
