    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segons el que estableix l'article 24.1 lletra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt; i)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; dels Estatuts de la Fundació Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 202, d'1 de desembre 2020), correspon al gerent desenvolupar la política de personal, segons les directrius del Patronat, i promoure els procediments de selecció i promoció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;D'altra banda, l'article 19 del Conveni Col·lectiu del personal de la Fundació disposa que per cobrir les exigències del servei no previstes en la plantilla s'hauran de dur a terme contractacions temporals per programa a mode de reforç. Així mateix, s'han de cobrir les jubilacions, baixes de llarga durada, maternitat, incapacitat, excedències o permisos de llarga durada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Atès que els borsins existents es troben esgotats o pròxims a la finalització del seu termini màxim de durada, és necessària la convocatòria de diverses borses de treball per a tots els instruments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria i bases per a la confecció de diverses borses de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Aprovar les bases que han de regir aquesta convocatòria, que s'adjunten com a annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Ordenar la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el BOIB i a la pàgina web de la Fundació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.Objecte de la convocatòria i naturalesa dels contractes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és la cobertura, mitjançant contractes temporals, de professors músics de totes les famílies instrumentals per necessitats eventuals o de substitució de plantilla a través d'audicions pel sistema d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El règim jurídic dels contractes per cobrir necessitats eventuals per a un programa serà el dels artistes en espectacles públics (R.D. 1435/85). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els contractes de substitució de baixes de llarga durada, jubilacions, maternitat, incapacitat, excedències o permisos de llarga durada seran coberts amb contractes laborals amb una durada igual o inferior a 45 dies, o amb contractes d'interinatge fins a cobertura de vacant o d'extinció de la causa que els va motivar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Requisits dels aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per ser admesos en el procés selectiu per tal de confeccionar les borses, els aspirants han de posseir, el dia d'acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, els requisits següents de participació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Nacionalitat: Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o qualsevol altra de les que permeten l'accés a l'ocupació pública segons l'article 57 del Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat per Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Edat: Tenir més de setze anys i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Habilitació: No haver estat acomiadat com a personal laboral, ni separat com a funcionari de carrera ni haver-se revocat el seu nomenament com a personal funcionari interí amb caràcter ferm mitjançant un expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes o entitats del sector públic, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que exercia, en el cas del personal laboral, en el qual hagi estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu estat, en els mateixos termes l'accés a l'ocupació públic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Titulació: Tenir la titulació exigida de títol superior de Música, en l'especialitat corresponent de la borsa a què es presenti l'aspirant; o el corresponent d'un altre país, degudament homologat perquè desplegui els seus efectes a Espanya.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; En cas de títol no homologat i només en el cas dels contractes d'interinatge, s'ha de presentar una declaració responsable que s'iniciarà el procés d'homologació, amb els efectes rescissoris corresponents en el supòsit que no s'obtingui l'homologació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Coneixement de llengua catalana: Certificat de nivell de català B2. Respecte del coneixement de la llengua catalana és aplicablela Disposició Addicional quarta del Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, en la redacció introduïda per la disposició addicional vint-i-quatrena de la Llei de pressuposts de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per&amp;nbsp;a l'any 2019: Si en el moment de la incorporació no pot acreditar el nivell exigit de coneixements de llengua catalana, en el seu contracte es farà constar que queda obligat a assolir i a acreditar el nivell mínim de català en el termini d'un any, i dins els dos anys successius el nivell de català corresponent al lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Capacitats físiques i psíquiques: Possessió de les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques necessàries per tal d'exercir les funcions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Termini i lloc de presentació de les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds s'estableix en 15 dies naturals comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria i les bases en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. En cas que el darrer dia del termini assenyalat sigui inhàbil, el termini de presentació s'estendrà fins al dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La presentació de les sol·licituds s'ha d'efectuar en el registre de la Fundació, situat al carrer de Vicenç Juan i Rosselló núm. 22B, de Palma, en horari de 9.00 h a 14.00 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vegada finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, es publicarà a la web de la Fundació (&lt;em&gt;https://simfonicadebalears.com&lt;/em&gt;) la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos. Aquesta publicació es considerarà amb caràcter general com a notificació als interessats. A fi d'esmenar les causes que hagin motivat l'exclusió en la llista esmentada, els aspirants disposaran d'un termini de tres dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació, per al·legar i presentar la documentació corresponent.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mitjançant la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses es decidirà sobre les al·legacions plantejades pels interessats en el procediment sobre la seva exclusió, i la publicació de la llista en la web de la Fundació els servirà de notificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Model de sol·licitud i documentació a presentar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les sol·licituds es poden formalitzar segons el model normalitzat que figura en l'annex II d'aquestes bases. A dita sol·licitud, ha de figurar menció expressa en relació amb si la persona aspirant vol ser acompanyat o no per un pianista, i en cas de voler-ne, ha d'indicar si vol aportar-lo ella mateixa o si pot ser aportat per la pròpia Fundació (s'han inclòs unes caselles al model de sol·licitud per expressar tot l'anterior). S'ha de presentar una sol.licitud per a cada instrument que l'aspirant vulgui accedir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A banda de la sol.licitud, s'haurà de presentar obligatòriament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, essent causa d'exclusió la no presentació, la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fotocòpia del DNI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, NIE, o passaport en cas dels aspirants estrangers sense NIE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fotocòpia del Títol Superior de Música&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de l'instrument corresponent a la borsa a la qual volen participar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un &lt;strong&gt;Curriculum Vitae&lt;/strong&gt; musical, amb llargària màxima d'un sol full per davant i darrere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificat de vida laboral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; de la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificat de llengua catalana de nivell B2. En cas de no tenir-lo, declaració juradad'estar assabentat de la normativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;continguda a la&lt;/span&gt;Disposició Addicional quarta del Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, d'exigència del coneixement de la llengua catalana en els procediment selectius a la funció pública i per ocupar llocs de treball de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Fundació facilitarà un pianista acompanyant a les persones que ho sol·licitin durant el termini de presentació d'instàncies. En cas que l'aspirant vulgui ser acompanyat per un pianista que aporti ell mateix, s'ha d'indicar també a la instància.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A banda de l'anterior documentació obligatòria, i als efectes de considerar-lo com a mèrit, segons l'establert a la&lt;/span&gt;Disposició Addicional quarta del Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, els aspirants que disposin d'un certificat de nivell de català superior a l'exigit, podran presentar una fotocòpia del mateix per tal que es valori com a mèrit: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificat del Nivell C1 de Català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Certificat de &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Nivell C2 de Català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Tribunal qualificador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;President: el director titular, Pablo Mielgo Carrizo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vocals: concertino, concertino associat, solista de Violí II, ajuda de solista de Violí II, solista de viola, solista de violoncel, solista de contrabaix, i solistes de cada una de les seccions de fusta, trompa, metalls i percussió, i tres músics no solistes triats per sorteig. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els representants del comitè d'empresa podran assistir tant a les proves com a les deliberacions en qualitat d'observadors, però no podran intervenir en els debats ni en les deliberacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Tribunal no es podrà constituir ni actuar sense l'assistència del president, el secretari i sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents, indistintament. Les decisions s'adoptaran per majoria simple, actuant el secretari, sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Tribunal queda facultat per resoldre els dubtes o les incidències que es presentin i prendre els acords necessaris pel que fa a la interpretació de les bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Alhora de la publicació de la llista definitiva d'admesos i exclosos, es publicarà la identificació nominal dels membres titulars, i els suplents corresponents, del Tribunal qualificador. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'abstenció i la recusació dels membres del Tribunal es farà efectiva d'acord amb el que disposen els articles corresponents de la normativa de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Desenvolupament del procés selectiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Amb la publicació de la llista definitiva d'admesos i exclosos en el procés, s'anunciarà la data i el lloc en què es duran a terme les audicions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les proves de selecció consistiran en els exercicis recollits a l'annex III d'aquestes bases, consistents en dos exercicis per a cada instrument.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada membre del Tribunal puntuarà els dos exercicis amb un número del 0 (puntuació més baixa) al 10 (puntuació més alta), i podrà afegir com a màxim un decimal. Els dos exercicis (obra obligatòria i passatge orquestral) tenen la mateixa importància (50% cadascuna). Una vegada anotades totes les puntuacions, es rebutjaran la més alta i la més baixa. Finalment, es realitzarà una mitjana, la qual serà la puntuació final de les proves artístiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuació que els membres del Tribunal atorguin a cada aspirant serà secreta. Cada membre del Tribunal tindrà un full per a cada prova, en què escriurà la nota atorgada i les observacions que consideri. Aquest full serà anònim i la persona que exerceixi la secretaria del Tribunal el recollirà al final de cada prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Finalment, per a la confecció de les llistes definitives,als aspirants que hagin superat les proves artístiques amb més d'un 5 de mitjana, s'haurà de sumara dita mitjana el mèrit relatiu a l'acreditació dels següents nivells de català:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificat del Nivell C2 de Català: +0,20 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Atès que aquests dos nivells són del mateix itinerari, la puntuació no és acumulativa, en el sentit que la puntuació per al certificat de nivell superior se subsumeix la del certificat de nivell inferior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La informació i les notificacions als interessats durant cadascuna de les fases del procés de selecció s'efectuaran mitjançant les corresponents publicacions a la web de la Fundació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. Audicions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'ordre d'intervenció dels aspirants s'establirà mitjançant un sorteig previ a l'inici de les proves. En cada prova, la compareixença dels aspirants serà requerida de viva veu; s'exclouran els que no compareguin a l'acte. El Tribunal podrà exigir en qualsevol moment als aspirants que acreditin la seva identitat. El Tribunal podrà, durant l'execució de la prova, comunicar-se amb el candidat per guiar o indicar el desenvolupament de la mateixa: repetició, interrupció, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cas que participin dos candidats o més, el Tribunal decidirà abans de cada exercici si la prova s'ha de dur a terme amb cortina o sense, acord que haurà de quedar reflectit a l'acta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La utilització del telèfon mòbil o qualsevol altre dispositiu de telecomunicació dins els locals on es duguin a terme les proves estarà absolutament prohibida tant per als aspirants com per als membres del Tribunal. Els aspirants queden advertits que el fet d'utilitzar-los donarà lloc a l'exclusió de l'audició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les proves seran obertes al públic, complint amb les mesures sanitàries relatives a la COVID-19 i sempre que sigui possible complir amb les restriccions d'aforament. No es podrà accedir a les sales una vegada començades les proves. Així mateix, no es permetrà l'ús de mòbils al públic assistent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Resultats de les proves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Una vegada acabada les audicions, el Tribunal publicarà una llista provisionalper instrument i per ordre de major a menor puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La publicació de les llistes provisionals donarà lloc a l'inici d'un termini de tres dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicacióen cas que es vulguin recórrer o impugnar els resultats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Acabat dit termini, es publicaran les llistes definitives, amb els aspirants que hagin obtingut més d'un 5 de mitjana als exercicis, sumant-se després el mèrit del coneixement de llengua catalana per a la confecció d'aquestes llistes definitives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9. Vigència i incorporació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Les borses de treball tindran una vigència màxima de tres anys, a partir de la publicació de les llistes definitives de cada instrument.&amp;nbsp; La vigència de lesborses podrà ser prorrogada amb caràcter extraordinari mitjançant Resolució motivada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La crida de les persones es realitzarà per estricte ordre de la puntuació obtinguda. Una vegada acabada la relació laboral regida pel RD 1435/85 o la relació laboral temporal, l'aspirantes reincorporarà a la borsa en el seu lloc originari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La renúncia a incorporar-se a una plaça, excepte en els casos de crides realitzadesen el marc del règim jurídic d' artistes en espectacles públics (R.D. 1435/85), suposarà passar al darrer lloc de la llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Per tal de compensar el fet insular, per a les crides de contractacions per dies en el marc del règim jurídic d'artistes en espectacles públics (R.D. 1435/85) i aspirants amb residència a un municipi de fora de Mallorca, se'ls pagarà un màxim de 200 euros en concepte de compensació per l'estància i vols, despesa que haurà de justificar-se per tal de ser pagada. Addicionalment, se'ls pagaran les dietes aprovades per Acord de Patronat de la Fundació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Les persones contractades podran ser requerides en el moment de la signatura del contracte per presentar els originals de les titulacions o certificats presentats com a requisits i mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquesta borsa romandrà com a única borsa vigent a partir de la seva confecció, amb la qual cosa les borses anteriors per a qualsevol instrument quedaran sense efecte o vigència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
