    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Havent finalitzat el període d'exposició al públic per poder examinar i presentar les oportunes reclamacions a l'expedient de modificació de la base 8 de les Bases d'execució del Pressupost General de l'exercici 2021, aprovada inicialment per l'Ajuntament en Ple a la sessió extraordinària del dia 28 de juliol de 2021 i tenint en compte que durant el període del 6 al 26 d'agost de 2021, segons edicte inserit en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears número 104, de data de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;05-08-21&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; i en el tauler d'anuncis de la Corporació, no s'han presentat al·legacions en contra. L'esmentat expedient queda elevat a definitiu tal i com estableix l'article 169 del RDL 2/2004 pel que s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals i se publica la modificació de la base 8 acordada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
