Aprovar la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball de l'Ajuntament de Palma que figura a la proposta adjunta MF-725 relativa al increment en una expansió del lloc de feina F22000009 administratiu/iva del departament de personal.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">2. Establir com a data d'efectes la del dia següent de la seva aprovació. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">3. Publicar el contingut de l'Acord en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.”</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.
