    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb el que preveuen els articles 17.3.&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; i 20.8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, es publica l'extracte de la convocatòria de subvencions &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per a les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ases i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;entres &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;egionals de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;21&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; El text complet es pot consultar a la Base de dades nacional de subvencions &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Poden ser beneficiàries de les subvencions que preveu la convocatòria les cases i centres regionals amb seu a les Illes Balears degudament inscrites en el Registre d'associacions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears que, a més, compleixin els requisits que estableix l'apartat 4 de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La convocatòria té per objecte contribuir al manteniment del funcionament de les cases i centres regionals de les Illes Balears, de manera que puguin mantenir &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la realització d'activitats &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;vinculades a la promoció dels principis de convivència, integració, pluralisme i dinamització social, &lt;/span&gt;amb la subvenció de les seves despeses de manteniment i funcionament, com ara, entre d'altres, de lloguer, subministrament d'aigua, electricitat i gas, taxes, imposts i despeses de comunitat de l'immoble, neteja i assegurances, pel fet que l'aturada en l'activitat associativa derivada de la COVID-19 els ha privat dels ingressos necessaris per la seva viabilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La convocatòria es duu a terme a l'empara de l'Ordre de la consellera de Presidència de 24 d'agost de 2018 per la qual s'aproven les bases de subvencions de la Conselleria de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quantia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'import màxim que es destina a la convocatòria és de 40.0000 € (quaranta mil euros), amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 11701.131C01.48000.00 dels pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La determinació de l'import de la subvenció s'estableix en l'apartat 10 de la convocatòria, d'acord amb els criteris prevists en l'apartat 11.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini per presentar les sol·licituds és des de l'endemà de la publicació de l'extracte de la convocatòria&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;fins &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dia 15 d'octubre de 2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
