&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. Beneficiaris:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Poden ser beneficiàries dels ajuts&lt;span style="color:#365f91"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;per a les actuacions objecte de subvencions previstes en aquesta convocatòria les entitats locals i les &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;empreses públiques&lt;/span&gt; que es dediquin a la gestió de residus en l'àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. Objecte:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria té per objecte establir la convocatòria de subvencions per millorar la prevenció i gestió de residus municipals mitjançant ajudes per millorar les deixalleries de les Illes Balears i adequar-les a la normativa vigent, construir noves deixalleries i adquirir-ne de mòbils, finançar campanyes de sensibilització de residus, finançar la redacció de plans i programes de prevenció i gestió de residus municipals, instal·lar papereres per permetre la recollida selectiva de certes fraccions als carrers, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;fomentar&lt;/span&gt; el compostatge domèstic i comunitari, finançar la recollida selectiva a nivell municipal del residu tèxtil i fomentar la organització d'esdeveniments per part dels municipis amb residu zero. Així mateix aquesta convocatòria té per objectiu contribuir a la implementació del programa establert al Pla Director Sectorial de Prevenció i Gestió de Residus Perillosos de les Illes Balears finançant la retirada d'amiant d'edificis públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les actuacions es detallen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Redacció del projecte de la deixalleria, segons la Llei 22/2011 i el Reial decret 110/2015, i altra normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Actuacions per a la construcció de noves deixalleries o millores o ampliacions d'aquestes instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Deixalleries mòbils i mini-deixalleries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Recollida selectiva de roba i residus tèxtils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Compostatge domèstic i comunitari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Compra de papereres de recollida selectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Plans i programes de prevenció i gestió de residus municipals i campanyes de sensibilització de residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Organització i/o patrocini d'esdeveniments amb mesures de prevenció de la generació de residus. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Retirada d'amiant d'edificis públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. Bases reguladores: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ordre del conseller de Medi Ambient, Agricultura i Pesca de 3 d'octubre 2017 (BOIB núm. 123/2017, de 7 d'octubre), que estableix les bases reguladores de subvencions pel finançament d'inversions relatives a la prevenció, la reducció i la gestió de residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. Quantia: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'import màxim que es destina a aquesta convocatòria és de 2&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.180.000 euros repartits entre els anys 2021, 2022 i 2023, desglossats de la manera indicada a la taula següent i amb càrrec a les partides pressupostàries que hi figuren a les equivalents de les successives aplicacions pressupostàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'ha de presentar la sol·licitud d'acord amb el model que s'adjunta a Annex I, que està disponible a la pàgina web &amp;lt;http://www.residus.caib.es&amp;gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es preveuen dos terminis per la presentació de les sol·licituds. Aquelles entitats que, tenint en compte els terminis d'execució i justificació prevists al punt 15 d'aquesta convocatòria, desitgin acollir-se al pagament previst per l'any 2021, hauran de presentar la documentació per sol·licitar la subvenció en el termini de 20 dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt; Per les actuacions que s' hagin de finalitzar i executar posteriorment al 2021 el termini per presentar les sol·licituds i la documentació indicada és de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dos mesos&lt;/span&gt;, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. &lt;/em&gt;La documentació, dirigida al conseller de Medi Ambient i Territori, s'ha de presentar en el Registre de la Conselleria de Medi Ambient i Territori o per les vies que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
