&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;APROVAR les bases i la convocatòria del procés de selecció pel sistema de concurs oposició lliure per a la creació d'una bors de treball de personal funcionari interí de neteja d'edificis i locals municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PUBLICAR aquesta resolució en el BOIB, de conformitat amb el contingut de les bases, per al coneixement general i als efectes que correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primera. Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és la selecció de persones perquè formin part d'una borsa extraordinària i puguin ser nomenades personal funcionari interí de l'escala d'administració especial, subescala serveis especials, classe personal d'oficis, denominació personal de neteja, per desenvolupar tasques de neteja d'edificis i locals municipals, per qualsevol de les causes previstes en la legislació de la funció pública, segons les necessitats dels serveis municipals i sempre que es compleixin els requisits prevists en la legislació corresponent per poder recórrer al nomenament de funcionaris interins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les retribucions de qui presti serveis com a personal funcionari interí seran les que corresponguin d'acord amb la legislació de la funció pública i pressupostària i de conformitat amb els pressuposts municipals en vigor en el moment de la prestació dels serveis concrets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix com a procediment selectiu el concurs oposició, que es regirà per aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta borsa anul·la la vigència de les anteriors existents a l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, corresponents als llocs de treball especificats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les funcions encomanades, a tall d'exemple, són: tasques de fregar, espolsar, escombrar, polir –manualment amb estris tradicionals o amb elements electromecànics o de fàcil maneig, considerats d'ús domèstic, encara que siguin de més potència– sòls, sostres, parets, mobiliari, etc., de locals, recintes i espais, així com vidrieres, portes, finestres des de l'interior d'aquells sense que es requereixi per fer aquestes tasques més que atenció i voluntat de dur a terme allò que s'ordeni amb l'aportació d'un esforç físic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segona. Condicions que han de reunir les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per poder participar en el procés selectiu és necessari reunir els requisits següents, d'acord amb el que es fixa a l'article 56 del Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l'empleat públic aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, sens perjudici del que disposa l'article 57 del Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenir complerts 16 anys d'edat i no excedir, si s'escau, de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estar en possessió del certificat d'escolaritat o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No haver estat separades mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de cap de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionaris, o per exercir funcions similars a les que desenvolupaven en el cas del personal laboral, en el que haguessin estat separades o inhabilitades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#004586"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de ser nacionals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d'altres estats, no trobar-se inhabilitades o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmeses a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat, en els mateixos termes l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No patir cap malaltia o discapacitat física o psíquica que impedeixi el desenvolupament normal de les funcions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No trobar-se incloses en cap de les causes d'incapacitat previstes en la legislació per al desenvolupament del càrrec.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No trobar-se inclosos en cap dels supòsits d'incompatibilitat prevists a la Llei 53/84, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitat del personal al servei de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Incorporació immediata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Disponibilitat per treballar els caps de setmana i/o festius i amb jornada partida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estar en possessió del certificat de nivel B1 de català. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que no acreditin els coneixements de llengua catalana hauran de superar una prova específica de coneixements de nivell B1 de català, amb caràcter obligatori i eliminatori, el resultat de la qual serà d'apte/a o no apte/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera. Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds per prendre part en el procés selectiu s'han d'adreçar a la Batlia de la corporació i presentar-se al Registre General de l'Ajuntament durant el termini de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; quinze dies hàbils &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;següents al de la publicació de l'anunci de la convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Els anuncis successius es publicaran únicament al tauler d'anuncis de la pàgina web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les instàncies també es podran presentar en la forma que s'indica a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ser admeses i prendre part en el procés selectiu, les persones aspirants hauran de manifestar en les sol·licituds que reuneixen tots i cadascun dels requisits especificats en la base segona d'aquesta convocatòria, referits sempre a la data de finalització del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds, adjuntant-hi la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Document nacional d'identitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat d'escolaritat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat B1 de català&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els documents acreditatius dels mèrits que s'al·leguin per a la fase de concurs, ordenats seguint l'ordre establert en el barem de mèrits que consta en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants amb discapacitat han de presentar el certificat corresponent que acrediti aquesta circumstància juntament amb l'informe emès en què se certifiqui la seva capacitat per desenvolupar les funcions i les tasques corresponents a la plaça que es convoca, i sol·licitar, si s'escau, les possibles adaptacions de temps i mitjans per fer l'exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants es responsabilitzen de la veracitat dels documents que presentin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quarta. Admissió d'aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada finalitzat el termini de presentació d'instàncies, l'autoritat convocant o la persona en qui delegui dictarà una resolució d'aprovació de la llista de persones admeses i excloses. La relació d'aspirants admesos i exclosos es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de la web municipal, en la qual figuraran les inicials de l'aspirant, el número de DNI i, si s'escau, la causa d'exclusió. Es concedirà un termini de tres dies hàbils perquè les persones interessades puguin al·legar el que considerin oportú i així poder rectificar possibles errors. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En l'anunci esmentat o mitjançant un anunci posterior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;degudament publicat s'indicarà el lloc, la data i l'hora de l'inici dels exercicis, així com la composició del tribunal qualificador. Els errors materials o de fet podran ser rectificats o esmenats en qualsevol moment, ja sigui d'ofici o a petició de la part interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquena. Tribunal qualificador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador estarà format per un president o presidenta, i dos vocals, un dels quals actuarà com a secretari o secretària, amb els suplents respectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents indistintament, i les seves decisions s'adoptaran per majoria. El tribunal podrà designar assessors quan ho consideri convenient, sempre que el nombre d'aquests no sigui superior al nombre de membres del tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones membres que integren el tribunal qualificador s'han d'abstenir d'intervenir i ho han de notificar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a l'autoritat convocant quan es vegin afectades per alguna de les circumstàncies previstes en l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, així com aquelles persones que hagin realitzat tasques de preparació d'aspirants a proves selectives durant els cinc anys anteriors a la publicació de la convocatòria. Així mateix, les persones aspirants podran recusar els membres del tribunal quan es doni alguna de les circumstàncies ressenyades a l'article 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El personal d'elecció o de designació política, el presonal funcionari interí i el personal eventual no podran formar part dels òrgans de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La pertinença als òrgans de selecció serà sempre a títol individual i no es podrà exercir en representació o per compte de ningú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els vocals del tribunal qualificador han de tenir un nivell de titulació igual o superior a l'exigit per ingressar en la categoria convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sisena. Inici i desenvolupament dels exercicis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció serà el concurs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;oposició. Per raons d'eficiència i celeritat les proves de selecció s'iniciaran amb la fase d'oposició i continuaran amb la de concurs. No podran passar a la fase de concurs les persones aspirants que no superin la fase d'oposició. La puntuació obtinguda en la fase de concurs s'aplicarà únicament a qui superi la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans de la fase d'oposició i de concurs es farà una prova específica de coneixements de llengua catalana (nivell B1) si no es pot acreditar documentalment que es disposa d'aquesta titulació. La qualificació d'aquesta prova serà d'apte/a o no apte/a, i el resultat de no apte/a implicarà l'eliminació de l'aspirant del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants seran convocades per a cada exercici pel sistema de crida única. S'exclouran de les proves selectives les qui no compareguin, llevat dels casos degudament justificats i lliurement apreciats pel tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la realització dels exercicis s'empraran sistemes per mantenir l'anonimat dels aspirants sempre que la naturalesa de l'exercici ho permeti. En aquells supòsits en què un o una aspirant vulneri l'anonimat i identifiqui els seus exercicis amb qualsevol altre sistema, el tribunal l'exclourà del procés selectiu i la seva prova es tindrà per no realitzada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal en qualsevol moment pot requerir les persones opositores perquè acreditin la seva personalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada iniciades les proves selectives no serà obligatòria la publicació dels anuncis successius de la convocatòria en el BOIB, bastarà que el tribunal els publiqui únicament al tauler d'anuncis de la web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setena. Fase d'oposició &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació total a atorgar en la fase d'oposició serà de 20 punts, que es repartiran de la manera que segueix:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Primer exercici: qüestionari tipus test&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà en la realització d'un test de vint preguntes sobre les matèries del temari durant un temps màxim de 30 minuts. El test constarà de quatre respostes alternatives, amb només una de correcta. Les contestacions errònies es valoraran negativament amb una penalització equivalent a la meitat de cada contestació correcta. Les preguntes que no es contestin no descomptaran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es qualificarà de 0 a 10 i per aprovar serà necessari obtenir una qualificació de 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Segon exercici: prova pràctica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà a realitzar una prova pràctica relacionada directament amb les funcions que s'encomanen habitualment al personal de neteja d'edificis i locals municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest exercici tindrà una durada màxima de 30 minuts i es qualificarà de 0 a 10. Per aprovar serà necessari obtenir una qualificació de 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació de la fase d'oposició serà la suma de les puntuacions obtingudes en el qüestionari tipus test i la prova pràctica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els exercicis tenen caràcter eliminatori i serà necessari aprovar-los els dos per seguir dins els procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix un termini de tres dies hàbils comptador de la data de publicació de les qualificacions provisionals per presentar-hi reclamacions. Una vegada resoltes les al·legacions presentades, si n'hi ha, es publicaran les qualificacions definitives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vuitena. Fase de concurs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació total a atorgar en la fase de concurs serà de 10 punts, que es repartiran de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Formació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per la realització de cursos de formació i perfeccionament relacionats amb les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball, fins a un màxim de 2 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De 10 a 20 hores: 0,10 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De 21 a 50 hores: 0,30 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Més de 250 hores: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'aplicarà la puntuació esmentada per una sola titulació i només per la més alta que es tengui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Experiència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per l'acreditació d'experiència professional com a personal de neteja, fins a un màxim de 8 punts i de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per haver prestat serveis com a personal de neteja a l'Administració pública: 0,20 punts per cada mes complet de servei (màxim 5 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per haver prestat servei com a personal de neteja a l'empresa privada: 0,15 punts per cada mes complet de servei (màxim 3 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per acreditar l'experiència laboral serà necessari aportar el certificat de vida laboral expedit per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social (TGSS) acompanyat d'una còpia dels contractes o nomenaments de què disposi la persona aspirant o bé les nòmines o un certificat de serveis prestats que acrediti aquesta circumstància.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix un termini de tres dies hàbils comptador de la data de publicació dels resultats provisionals de la fase de concurs per presentar-hi reclamacions. Una vegada resoltes les al·legacions presentades, si n'hi ha, es publicaran els resultats definitius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novena. Qualificació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació definitiva de cada aspirant estarà determinada per la suma de puntuacions obtingudes en els diferents exercicis i en la fase de concurs. Una vegada finalitzada la qualificació de les persones aspirants, el tribunal elevarà a la Batlia la proposta i serà publicada a la web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat entre dues o més persones aspirants, aquest es resoldrà a favor de l'aquella que hagi obtingut una puntuació major en la fase d'oposició. Si es manté l'empat, aquest es resoldrà a favor de l'aspirant que acrediti tenir una puntuació major en l'apartat de formació i, en última opció, es resoldrà l'empat per sorteig&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desena. Constitució de la borsa de treball i funcionament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones integrants de la borsa de treball ocuparan la posició de la llista que els correspongui segons la puntuació obtinguda en el procés selectiu utilitzat per constituir-la. Devora el nom de cadascuna hi haurà d'aparèixer la posició que ocupen segons la puntuació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Totes les persones que superin el procés de selecció seran incloses en una borsa de treball amb vista a futures contractacions que puguin resultar necessàries a fi de cobrir vacants temporalment. Seran cridades seguint l'ordre establert en la llista corresponent. El funcionament de la borsa de treball s'ajustarà als principis d'igualtat d'oportunitats i al principi de no discriminació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La renúncia a un nomenament no donarà lloc a l'exclusió de la borsa de treball, però ocasionarà un canvi de lloc dins aquella i es passarà a ocupar la darrera posició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són causes que justifiquen la renúncia a un nomenament i que impliquen el manteniment de la posició dins la borsa de treball:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en situació d'ocupat/ada prestant serveis com a personal de neteja en una altra administració pública, en qualsevol de les formes admeses en dret, com a personal laboral o funcionari interí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en situació de suspensió per accident, baixa per malaltia, intervenció quirúrgica, internament hospitalari, maternitat, embaràs d'alt risc i situació de risc o necessitat acreditada per facultatiu que exigeixi la lactància natural de menors de nou mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acreditació documentada de la finalització d'aquesta circumstància donarà lloc a la reposició de l'aspirant a la posició que ocupava.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Exercir un càrrec públic representatiu que impossibiliti l'assistència al treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'al·legar una de les circumstàncies anteriors, s'haurà de justificar fefaentment en el termini improrrogable de 5 dies hàbils per tal de no perdre la posició dins la borsa. En cas contrari, es passarà a ocupar la darrera posició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones incloses en la borsa de treball hauran de presentar dades personals suficients que permetin localitzar-les ràpidament i seran responsables de tenir-les actualitzades en tot moment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan hi hagi una vacant, l'Ajuntament es posarà en contacte amb la persona aspirant per comunicació telefònica. Es faran tres intents entre les 8.00 h i les 15.00 h, amb un interval de seixanta minuts entre cada trucada. Si no fos possible contactar-hi en 24 hores, s'acudirà a la persona següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona integrant de la borsa de treball que rebi una proposta de nomenament en els termes descrits anteriorment l'haurà d'acceptar o rebutjar en un període màxim de 24 hores. Si rebutja l'oferta, haurà d'enviar un correu electrònic per deixar-ne constància.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta borsa de treball tindrà una vigència màxima de tres anys. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Onzena. Normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal queda autoritzat per resoldre els dubtes que es puguin presentar i prendre els acords necessaris i precisos per al bon ordre del procés selectiu en tots aquells assumptes que no es recullin en aquestes bases, sempre amb observança estricta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de la normativa vigent aplicable a la matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
