    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Tribunal qualificador del Tribunal qualificador del concurs oposició per a cobrir tres places de Policia Local mitjançant el procediment extraordinari a la plantilla de personal funcionari de carrera de l'Ajuntament d'&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Inca,&lt;/span&gt; a la sessió celebrada el dia 22 &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d'abril de 2021&lt;/span&gt;, va adoptar el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;D'acord amb allò disposat a la base 11 de les bases que regeixen el concurs oposició per a cobrir tres places de personal funcionari de carrera de la categoria de Policia Local de l'Ajuntament d'Inca mitjançant el procediment extraordinari de la plantilla, es fa pública la relació d'aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu i que han de ser nomenats com a personal funcionari en pràctiques en la categoria de policia local:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segons allò disposat en el punt 10.3 de les bases que regeixen aquest procés selectiu, amb la finalitat d'assegurar la cobertura de les places convocades, quan hi hagi renúncies de persones aspirants seleccionades abans del nomenament com a funcionaris/àries en pràctiques, o bé si les que s'han proposat no compleixen algun dels requisits de la base quarta, el tribunal eleva a l'òrgan convocant una relació complementària de les persones aspirants que van a continuació de les proposades, per ordre de puntuació, per al seu possible nomenament com a personal en pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
