    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acord del Ple de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia&amp;nbsp;pel qual s'aprova definitivament&amp;nbsp; la relació i valoració de llocs de treball d'aquest Ajuntament.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ple d'aquest Ajuntament, en sessió celebrada el dia 24/06/2021, va adoptar, entre d'altres, els següents ACORDS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;. Resoldre els recursos de reposició presentats pels interessats a l'expedient de Relació i Valoració dels llocs de treball de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, estimant-les o desestimant-les total o parcialment, de conformitat amb l'informe tècnic que consta a l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON&lt;/strong&gt;. Notificar individualment la resolució dels recursos de reposició als interessats que consten i es relacionen a l'expedient amb els recursos que siguin procedents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprovar definitivament l'expedient de Relació i Valoració dels llocs de treball de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, amb efectes de l'1 de gener de 2021, amb les següents observacions que consten a l'informe d'Intervenció:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1) -Estimar parcialment 4 dels recursos presentats, de conformitat amb l'informe tècnic que consta a l'expedient i que li serveix de motivació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Això suposa introduir els següents canvis a l'expedient en diferents aspectes de la Relació de Llocs de Treball:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Valoració: Modificar la puntuació en 4 llocs de treball recollits a la RLT, tenint en compte que anteriorment s'havia modificat la puntuació en 41 dels 63 llocs existents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Oficial Conductor/a: de 300 punts a 310.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Operari/a de Neteja: de 160 punts a 170.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Operari/a de Neteja d'Instal·lacions Esportives: de 160 punts a 170.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Responsable de Neteja: de 220 punts a 300.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Funcions principals: Es modifiquen en un lloc de treball. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Ordenança-Instal·lacions Escolars: es complementa una de les comeses del lloc, quedant establerta en els següents termes, “s'encarrega de la reposició, trasllat i repartiment d'estris, materials, propaganda, documentació i paqueteria diversa així com dels encàrrecs relacionats amb les diferents unitats dins i fora de les dependències on està assignat”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Formació específica: s'ha modificat en un lloc de treball. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Responsable de Neteja: s'hi afegeix “Permís de conduir B”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Requeriments específics: s'ha modificat en un lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Responsable de Neteja: s'hi afegeix el requeriment de “Jornada adaptada a les necessitats del servei. Pot suposar treballar en jornada partida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2) Desestimar la resta de recursos presentats, de conformitat amb l'informe tècnic que consta a l'expedient i que li serveix de motivació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3) Notificar individualment la resolució del recurs, juntament amb l'informe tècnic, a cada un dels treballadors de l'Ajuntament que han presentat els recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4) Aprovar la modificació de les fitxes descriptives dels llocs de treball que han sofert variacions i publicar de nou la Relació de Llocs de Treball amb els canvis introduïts, al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar la Resolució de recursos de reposició davant l'aprovació definitiva de la Relació de Llocs de Treballs al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i trametre-la a l'Administració General de l'Estat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
