    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Ple de la Corporació celebrat, el dia 26 de maig de 2021, en sessió ordinària es va acordar la proposta d'actualització dels ajuts socials del personal funcionari i laboral de l'ajuntament des Mercadal, i que diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;8. PROPOSTA D'ACTUALITZACIÓ DELS AJUTS SOCIALS DEL PERSONAL FUNCIONARI I LABORAL DE L'AJUNTAMENT DES MERCADAL (E0383/2021/1522)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es dona compte de la següent proposta d'actualització dels ajuts socials del personal funcionari i laboral de l'Ajuntament des Mercadal, la qual va ser dictaminada a la Comissió Informativa ordinària de Comptes, Hisenda, Règim Intern, Cultura, Àrea Social &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sanitària i Medi Ambient celebrada en data 20 de maig de 2021, &lt;/span&gt;favorablement per 4 vots a favor del grup municipal PSOE, i 5 abstencions, 3 del grup ENTESA i 2 del grup PP, i que copiada diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROPOSTA D'ACORD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès que a la Comissió paritària celebrada el dia 31 de Març de 2021 es va acordar, copiat literalment:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;S'acorda pujar les ajudes un 20 %&lt;/strong&gt;, si és possible (es disposarà indistintament de la partida d'ajudes socials tant del personal funcionari com del personal laboral, en cas de ser necessari, i mitjançant els tràmits oportuns). Un cop esgotada la partida no es podran concedir més ajudes per aquest concepte.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vistos els articles 50.1, 50.4 i 51 del capítol 8, prestacions socials, del Pacte del Personal funcionari, que literalment diuen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«50.1- BEQUES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;L'Ajuntament concedirà beques d'estudi anuals per als funcionaris fixos i eventuals que duguin més d'un any ininterromput de treball, i per a cada un dels seus fills, d'acord amb les bases que redactarà la Comissió Paritària:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Escoles infantils de 0 a 3 anys inclusivament: &lt;strong&gt;150.25 €/any &lt;/strong&gt;(25.000 ptes./any) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Educació infantil, primària i secundària de 3 anys fins a 16 anys: &lt;strong&gt;120.20 €/any &lt;/strong&gt;( 20.000 ptes./any).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Batxillerat, mòduls professionals i l'accés universitari per a majors de 25 anys: &lt;strong&gt;180.15 €/any &lt;/strong&gt;(30.000 ptes. /any).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per als estudis superiors, s´abonarà l´import total de la matrícula i de les despeses d´adquisició de llibres relatius a les assignatures que constin a la matrícula, fins una màxim de &lt;strong&gt;300.51 €/any &lt;/strong&gt;(50.000 ptes. /any)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les beques corresponents als 3 primers apartats s'abonaran a la darreria de novembre de l'any en curs, i les del darrer punt, a la darreria de gener. Enguany la concessió es farà en la firma i aprovació del present Pacte.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;50.4.-AJUTS PER DEFUNCIÓ O INCAPACITAT TOTAL I ABSOLUTA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. &lt;em&gt;Ajut per enviudar per a les parelles del personal de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;L'objectiu és mitigar la situació econòmica que es produeix amb la defunció d'un funcionari, i va destinat a la seva parella estable, o als orfes en cas de no existir la primera. La quantitat a percebre d'un sol cop serà de &lt;strong&gt;1.406,37 € &lt;/strong&gt;(234.000 pessetes). S'abonarà dins el mes següent al de la defunció.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. &lt;em&gt;Ajut per orfandat.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De la mateixa manera que el primer ajut té l'objectiu d'ajudar els orfes en la situació derivada d'una defunció, aquest anirà destinat als fills menors de 18 anys i als majors si tenen minusvalideses reconegudes, i sense ingressos propis. La quantitat per fill seran de &lt;strong&gt;1.562,63 €&lt;/strong&gt;(260.000 pessetes) d'una sola vegada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. &lt;em&gt;L'Ajuntament subscriurà una pòlissa d'assegurança mitjançant una entitat bancària, que cobrirà les despeses i els imports assegurats. Es pactarà amb els representants legals dels treballadors, les quantitats i contingències assegurades. La cobertura serà efectiva des del dia següent a la firma d'aquesta. En tot cas, les despeses i els imports assegurats seran els accidents de treball amb mort o invalidesa total o permanent”. L'ajuntament crearà un fons social destinat a cobrir aquests aspectes. La comissió paritària determinarà les quantitats a percebre en cada cas, valorant els casos i la disponibilitat pressupostària. Aquest punt és desenvoluparà durant la vigència d´aquest Pacte.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Article 51è. AJUTS MÈDICS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;S'estableixen els ajuts mèdics als funcionaris fixes o interins amb una antiguitat superior als 6 mesos en la plaça de propietat, que s'especifiquen a continuació:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ulleres (muntures) &lt;strong&gt;39,64 € &lt;/strong&gt;(6.595 pessetes).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vidres d'ulleres (cadascun)&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;39,64 € &lt;/strong&gt;(6.595 pessetes).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Lents de contacte (cadascuna) &amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;39,64 € &lt;/strong&gt;(6.595 pessetes).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Despeses d'odontologia: 32 % de l'import de la factura presentada amb un màxim de &lt;strong&gt;420,71 &lt;/strong&gt;€ (70.000 pessetes)/anuals.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Temps de renovació:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;em&gt;Muntures: 2 anys.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;em&gt;Vidres amb certificat mèdic: 1 any.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;em&gt;Lents de contacte: 2 anys&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Audiòfons: &lt;strong&gt;396,40 € &lt;/strong&gt;(65.955 pessetes). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Calçat ortopèdic&amp;nbsp; 32% de la factura amb un màxim de &lt;strong&gt;420,71€ &lt;/strong&gt;(70.000 ptes.)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pròtesis &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 32% de la factura amb un màxim de &lt;strong&gt;420,71€&lt;/strong&gt; (70.000 ptes.)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vehicle per a persones invàlides (segons el grau de necessitat):&amp;nbsp; 32% de la factura amb un màxim de &lt;strong&gt;420,71 € &lt;/strong&gt;(70.000 ptes.) anuals.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Temps de renovació:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pròtesis &amp;nbsp; 2 anys&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Els ajuts s'abonaran sempre que es sol·licitin, s'acrediti la necessitat mitjançant l'oportuna certificació metge i sigui presentada la corresponen factura.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;L'import a abonar per aquests conceptes, dins els límits marcats, mai superarà el valor de la factura. De les factures amb import inferior al màxim establert en aquest capítol sols s'abonarà el 50% del total de la factura.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Beneficiaris dels ajuts:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;em&gt;Titulars del dret.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;em&gt;Els familiars dels titulars, fins al primer grau de consanguinitat, acolliment, matrimoni o parella de fet, que compleixen aquests requisits:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o &lt;em&gt;conviure amb el titular&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o &lt;em&gt;dependre econòmicament del titular&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o &lt;em&gt;no percebre cap remuneració, ni renta patrimonial ni pensió superior al doble del salari mínim interprofessional.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o &lt;em&gt;No tenir dret, per títol diferent, a percebre assistència d'aquestes característiques per la Seguretat Social o altres asseguradores obligatòries».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vistos els articles 50.1, 50.2, 50.4, 51 i 59 del capítol 10 del Conveni Col·lectiu del personal laboral de l'Ajuntament des Mercadal, que literalment diuen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per als estudis superiors, s'abonarà l'import total de la matrícula i de les despeses d'adquisició de llibres relatius a les assignatures que constin a la matrícula, fins a un màxim de &lt;strong&gt;300.15 €, &lt;/strong&gt;50.000 ptes./any.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les beques corresponents als 3 primers apartats s'abonaran a la darreria de novembre de l'any en curs, i les del darrer punt, a la darreria de gener. Enguany la concessió es farà en la firma i aprovació del present Conveni.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;50.2. Minusvalidesa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Els treballadors fixes o interins amb més de 6 mesos de treball realitzats, que tenguin al seu càrrec persones afectades per minusvalidesa reconeguda, tindran dret a un ajut econòmic de 156.26 €, 26.000 pessetes per mes i persona. El dret a aquesta prestació efecte fins al primer grau de consanguinitat o afinitat, situació d'acolliment i tutoria, legalment reconegudes. S'acreditarà mitjançant certificació oficial emesa per la INSERSO o un organisme equivalent.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;50.4. Ajuts per defunció o incapacitat total i absoluta.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) Ajut per enviudar per a les parelles del personal de l'Ajuntament. L'objectiu és mitigar la situació econòmica que es produeix amb la defunció d'un treballador/a afectat per aquest conveni, i va destinat a la seva parella estable, o als orfes en cas de no existir la primera. La quantitat a percebre d'un sol cop serà de 1406.37 €, 234.000 pessetes. S'abonarà dins el mes següent al de la defunció. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) Ajut per orfandat. De la mateixa manera que el primer ajut té l'objectiu d'ajudar els orfes en la situació derivada d'una defunció, aquest anirà destinat als fills menors de 18 anys i als majors si tenen minusvalideses reconegudes, i sense ingressos propis. La quantitat per fill seran de 1562.63 €, 260.000 pessetes d'una sola vegada. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) L'Ajuntament quedarà obligat a subscriure una cobertura d'assegurança per aquests motius o a contractar una pòlissa col·lectiva a tot el personal laboral. La cobertura serà efectiva des del dia següent a la firma d'aquesta o, com a tard, l'Ajuntament la subscriurà als 2 mesos de la firma del present conveni.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Article 51.- Ajuts mèdics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;S'estableixen els ajuts mèdics que s'especifiquen a continuació:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vidres d'ulleres (cadascun)&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;39,64 € &lt;/strong&gt;(6.595 pessetes).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Lents de contacte (cadascuna) &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;39,64 € &lt;/strong&gt;(6.595 pessetes).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Els ajuts s'abonaran sempre que es sol·licitin, s'acrediti la necessitat mitjançant l'oportuna certificació metge i sigui presentada la corresponen factura. De les factures amb imports inferiors al màxim establert a aquest capítol, únicament se'n abonarà el 50% del total de la factura. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Beneficiaris dels ajuts: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Titulars del dret.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Els familiars dels titulars, fins al primer grau de consanguinitat, acolliment, matrimoni o parella de fet, que compleixen aquests requisits:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:80px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;conviure amb el titular &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;dependre econòmicament del titular &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;no percebre cap remuneració, ni renta patrimonial ni pensió superior al doble del salari mínim interprofessional. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Article 59.- Jubilació anticipada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Com a mesura, en la promoció de l'ocupació i renovació de la plantilla, els treballadors que hagin cotitzat el període exigible, segons la seva situació, i que voluntàriament es vulguin jubilar durant els cinc anys anteriors a l'edat fixada a l'article anterior, percebran, en concepte de premi per jubilació anticipada, les següents quantitats:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Jubilació als 60 anys &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;7512.65 €,&lt;/strong&gt;1.250.000 ptes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Jubilació als 61 anys &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;6010.12 €&lt;/strong&gt;, 1.000.000 ptes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Jubilació als 62 anys &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;4507.59 €, &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;750.000 ptes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Jubilació als 63 anys &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;3005.06 €&lt;/strong&gt;, 500.000 ptes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Jubilació als 64 anys &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;1502.53 €&lt;/strong&gt;, 250.000 ptes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En base a les anteriors consideracions,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PROPOSO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;Que es modifiquin els articles 50.1, 50.4, i 59 del capítol 8, prestacions socials, del Pacte del Personal funcionari de l'Ajuntament des Mercadal, que quedaran redactats de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;50. 1 BEQUES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Ajuntament concedirà beques d'estudi anuals per als funcionaris fixos i eventuals que duguin més d'un any ininterromput de treball, i per a cada un dels seus fills, d'acord amb les bases que redactarà la Comissió Paritària:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Escoles infantils de 0 a 3 anys inclusivament: &lt;strong&gt;180,30 €/any.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Educació infantil, primària i secundària de 3 anys fins a 16 anys: &lt;strong&gt;144,24 €/any.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Batxillerat, mòduls professionals i l'accés universitari per a majors de 25 anys: &lt;strong&gt;216,18 €/any.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per als estudis superiors, s´abonarà l´import total de la matrícula i de les despeses d'adquisició de llibres relatius a les assignatures que constin a la matrícula, fins una màxim de &lt;strong&gt;360,61 &lt;/strong&gt;€/any&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les beques corresponents als 3 primers apartats s'abonaran a la darreria de novembre de l'any en curs, i les del darrer punt, a la darreria de gener. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a&lt;/strong&gt;. Ajut per enviudar per a les parelles del personal de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'objectiu és mitigar la situació econòmica que es produeix amb la defunció d'un funcionari, iva destinat a la seva parella estable, o als orfes en cas de no existir la primera. La quantitat a percebre d'un sol cop serà de &lt;strong&gt;1.687,64 € &lt;/strong&gt;. S'abonarà dins el mes següent al de la defunció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;b. &lt;/strong&gt;Ajut per orfandat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De la mateixa manera que el primer ajut té l'objectiu d'ajudar els orfes en la situació derivada d'una defunció, aquest anirà destinat als fills menors de 18 anys i als majors si tenen minusvalideses reconegudes, i sense ingressos propis. La quantitat per fill seran de &lt;strong&gt;1.875,16 € &lt;/strong&gt;d'una sola vegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;c.&lt;/strong&gt; L'Ajuntament subscriurà una pòlissa d'assegurança mitjançant una entitat bancària, que cobrirà les despeses i els imports assegurats. Es pactarà amb els representants legals dels treballadors, les quantitats i contingències assegurades. La cobertura serà efectiva des del dia següent a la firma d'aquesta. En tot cas, les despeses i els imports assegurats seran els accidents de treball amb mort o invalidesa total o permanent”. L'ajuntament crearà un fons social destinat a cobrir aquests aspectes. La comissió paritària determinarà les quantitats a percebre en cada cas, valorant els casos i la disponibilitat pressupostària. Aquest punt és desenvoluparà durant la vigència d'aquest Pacte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 51è. AJUTS MÈDICS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;S'estableixen els ajuts mèdics als funcionaris fixes o interins amb una antiguitat superior als 6 mesos en la plaça de propietat, que s'especifiquen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els ajuts s'abonaran sempre que se sol·licitin, s'acrediti la necessitat mitjançant l'oportuna certificació mèdica i se'n presenti la corresponen factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'import a abonar per aquests conceptes, dins els límits marcats, mai superarà el valor de la factura. De les factures amb import inferior al màxim establert en aquest capítol sols s'abonarà el 50% del total de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beneficiaris dels ajuts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Titulars del dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Els familiars dels titulars, fins al primer grau de consanguinitat, acolliment, matrimoni o parella de fet, que compleixen aquests requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:80px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;conviure amb el titular&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;dependre econòmicament del titular&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;no percebre cap remuneració, ni renta patrimonial ni pensió superior al doble del salari mínim interprofessional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;no tenir dret, per títol diferent, a percebre assistència d'aquestes característiques per la Seguretat Social o altres asseguradores obligatòries.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. &lt;/strong&gt;Que es modifiquin els articles 50.1, 50.2, 50.4, 51 i 59 del capítol 10 del Conveni Col·lectiu del personal laboral, que quedaran redactats de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;50.1 Beques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Ajuntament concedirà beques d'estudi anuals per als treballadors/es que duguin més d'un any ininterromput de treball, i per a cada un dels seus fills, d'acord amb les bases que redactarà la Comissió Paritària:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Escoles infantils fins als 3 anys inclusivament: &lt;strong&gt;180,30 €&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Educació infantil (3-6 anys), primària i secundària: &lt;strong&gt;144,24 €&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Batxillerat, mòduls professionals i l'accés universitari per a majors de 25 anys: &lt;strong&gt;216,18€&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Per als estudis superiors, s'abonarà l'import total de la matrícula i de les despeses d'adquisició de llibres relatius a les assignatures que constin a la matrícula, fins a un màxim de &lt;strong&gt;360,61 €,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Les beques corresponents als 3 primers apartats s'abonaran a la darreria de novembre de l'any en curs, i les del darrer punt, a la darreria de gener. Enguany la concessió es farà en la firma i aprovació del present Conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;50.2 Minusvalidesa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els treballadors fixes o interins amb més de 6 mesos de treball realitzats&lt;strong&gt;, &lt;/strong&gt;que tenguin al seu càrrec persones afectades per minusvalidesa reconeguda, tindran dret a un ajut econòmic de 187,51 €, per mes i persona. El dret a aquesta prestació efecte fins al primer grau de consanguinitat o afinitat, situació d'acolliment i tutoria, legalment reconegudes. S'acreditarà mitjançant certificació oficial emesa per la INSERSO o un organisme equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;50.4. Ajuts per defunció o incapacitat total i absoluta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Ajut per enviudar per a les parelles del personal de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'objectiu és mitigar la situació econòmica que es produeix amb la defunció d'un treballador/a afectat per aquest conveni, i va destinat a la seva parella estable, o als orfes en cas de no existir la primera. La quantitat a percebre d'un sol cop serà de &lt;strong&gt;1.687,64 € €&lt;/strong&gt;. S'abonarà dins el mes següent al de la defunció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Ajut per orfandat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De la mateixa manera que el primer ajut té l'objectiu d'ajudar els orfes en la situació derivada d'una defunció, aquest anirà destinat als fills menors de 18 anys i als majors si tenen minusvalideses reconegudes, i sense ingressos propis. La quantitat per fill seran de &lt;strong&gt;1.875,16 €&lt;/strong&gt;,260.000 pessetes d'una sola vegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) L'Ajuntament quedarà obligat a subscriure una cobertura d'assegurança per aquests motius o a contractar una pòlissa col·lectiva a tot el personal laboral. La cobertura serà efectiva des del dia següent a la firma d'aquesta o, com a tard, l'Ajuntament la subscriurà als 2 mesos de la firma del present Conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Article 51.- Ajuts mèdics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;S'estableixen els ajuts mèdics que s'especifiquen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Com a mesura, en la promoció de l'ocupació i renovació de la plantilla, els treballadors que hagin cotitzat el període exigible, segons la seva situació, i que voluntàriament es vulguin jubilar durant els cinc anys anteriors a l'edat fixada a l'article anterior, percebran, en concepte de premi per jubilació anticipada, les següents quantitats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Jubilació als 61 anys &lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.212,14 €&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Jubilació als 62 anys &lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.409,11 €&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Jubilació als 63 anys &lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.606,07 €,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Jubilació als 64 anys &lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1803,04 €,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
