    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;De conformitat amb el que preveuen els articles 17.3.b) i 20.8.a) de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, es publica l'extracte d'aquesta convocatòria, el text complet de la qual es pot consultar en la Base de dades nacional de subvencions&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Beneficiaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Poden ser beneficiaris de les ajudes d'aquesta convocatòria el propietari únic o els copropietaris conjuntament d'edificis d'habitatges o habitatges; les comunitats de propietaris d'edificis d'habitatges o les agrupacions de comunitats de propietaris; els propietaris que, de forma agrupada, no hagin atorgat el títol constitutiu en règim de propietat horitzontal; les empreses constructores, arrendatàries o concessionàries d'edificis d'habitatges, i les cooperatives i les empreses de serveis energètics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Finalitat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquestes ajudes tenen per objecte o finalitat el finançament de les obres per a la millora de l'eficiència energètica i la sostenibilitat en edificis d'habitatges o habitatges unifamiliars, amb especial atenció a l'envolupant edificatori, tant en edificis de tipologia residencial col·lectiva com en els habitatges.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases reguladores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El dia 29 de jun&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 2017 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es va publicar,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en el BOIB n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;úm.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 79 l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ordre del conseller de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Territori, Energ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Mo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;bilitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 22 de jun&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 2017, p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;er la qual s'estableixen les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; bases regulador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;er a la concessió de subvencions estatals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; o auton&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;òmiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en mat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ria d'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;habitatge, les quals gestioni o estableixi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; l'Administració de la Comuni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;tat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Aut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ò&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;noma de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Illes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquestes bases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; prev&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;euen que les convocatòries &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que es dictin a la seva empara s'han d'aprovar amb una resolució de la persona titular de la conselleria competent en matèria d'habitatge i s'han de publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Import&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'import del crèdit estatal de la convocatòria és de 149.050,75&amp;nbsp;€ per a l'any 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds d'ajuda és l'establert en el punt setzè de les bases de la convocatòria.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta ampliació de crèdit pressupostari no implica l'ampliació del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
