    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta Presidència, el dia 21 de juny de 2021, va decretar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;Fets&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; Mitjançant el Decret, de dia 1 de juny de 2021, de la Presidència del Consell de Mallorca, es van delegar les funcions de Secretaria de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (IMAS) en la senyora Ana Cristina Gallardo Nielsen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; S'ha cobert la plaça de cap de Servei juridicoadministratiu de l'Institut d'Afers Socials la qual té atribuïda en el marc de les seves funcions des de Secretaria Delegada, per la senyora Elena Tur Figueruelo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fonaments jurídics &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'article 15.1 dels Estatuts de l'IMAS (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019) estableix que actuarà de secretari o secretària de l'IMAS, el secretari o secretària general del Consell de Mallorca, que pot delegar en un funcionari o funcionària del grup A1 del mateix IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, decret:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; Deixar sense efectes el Decret, de dia 1 de juny de 2021, en que es van delegar les funcions de Secretaria de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (IMAS) en la senyora Ana Cristina Gallardo Nielsen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Encomanar, les funcions de Secretaria Delegada de l'IMAS en la senyora Maria Elena Tur Figueruelo, que compleix els requisits establerts a l'article 15.1 dels Estatuts de l'IMAS, a partir del dia següent de la signatura d'aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. Publicar aquest Decret en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. Donar compte al Ple.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. Donar compte d'aquest Decret a la Presidència i a la Gerència de l'IMAS, i comunicar-lo a les persones interessades. »&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
