&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El 24 de febrer de 2021, el Consell Executiu va aprovar la convocatòria d'ajuts de &lt;em&gt;minimis&lt;/em&gt; arts escèniques 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. L'extracte d'aquesta convocatòria es va publicar al BOIB núm. 28 de 27 de febrer de 2021. Mitjançant acord de 21/04/2021 es va corregir una errada en la redacció del punt 15.2 de la convocatòria (BOIB núm. 55 de 27 d'abril de 2021). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Al punt 15.2 s'ha observat una errada en la redacció de les puntuacions màximes de l'apartat D. Projecte artístic. Amb l'objecte de no crear confusió&amp;nbsp; entre les persones interessades és convenient corregir l'errada observada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. L'Ordenança General de Subvencions del Consell de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions i el Reial Decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el reglament de la Llei 38/2003 general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. La Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. i la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre del règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. La&amp;nbsp; Llei 8/2000, de 27 d'octubre, de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. El Reglament Orgànic del Consell de Mallorca, aprovat, el Decret d'organització del Consell de Mallorca i les Bases d'execució del pressupost del Consell de Mallorca de l'any 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. La convocatòria d'ajuts de &lt;em&gt;minimis&lt;/em&gt; arts escèniques 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atesos els antecedents i els fonaments de dret exposats, proposo al Consell Executiu del Consell de Mallorca, la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Proposta d'acord&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Modificar el tercer paràgraf del punt 15.1 de la convocatòria d'ajuts de minimis arts escèniques 2021, el qual queda definitivament redactat de la forma següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La comissió avaluadora només considerarà subvencionables aquells projectes que obtinguin, com a mínim 25 punts sobre els 51 possibles.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Modificar, en l'apartat de criteris específics&amp;nbsp; del punt 15.2 els següents apartats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;On diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ha de dir:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Publicar la correcció en el BOIB de l'extracte d'aquesta convocatòria i traslladar aquesta informació a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
